Metal Trough System is equipped with launder covers to prevent dangerous and expensive leaks, has gentle heating to maintain a constant molten aluminum temperature, and is highly insulated to prevent energy loss, and is fully customizable to any casting cell or casting layout.<\/p>\n

Our Launder system responds to any changes, ensuring a uniform height and a smooth flow of molten aluminum.<\/p>\n

Our Launder systems range in size from 2m to 100m, with flanges on both sides, and can be tailored to fit any space.<\/p>\n

Smooth transport is the key to the quality of the molten aluminum, as any turbulence can lead to oxides in the molten aluminum. The Launder system has been designed with this in mind, eliminating any form of agitation at every step.<\/p>\n

Gentle heating, pneumatic Launder lid (with sealing strip), tight temperature control, and clever fire-resistant design.<\/p>\n

\"Metal<\/p>\n

All of these combine to keep the molten aluminum at an optimal temperature, greatly reducing heat loss, and using the metal’s own thermal conductivity to reduce energy costs.<\/p>\n

Metal Trough System features standardized design, superior performance, high quality and low operating costs. Our system is customized according to the customer’s molten aluminum flow, which avoids slag formation and unnecessary heat loss in the launder.<\/p>\n

Metal Launder System<\/a> produced by AdTech is used between the online degassing filter equipment and the casting-rolling mill. It has dual functions: conveying and heat preservation, has a lining body that can be reused or reused many times, adopts the new high-silicon molten material forming technology, and has a certain resistance corrosion, non-stick to aluminum, no pollution to molten aluminum.<\/p>\n
