One from the melting furnace to the transfer ladle and another from the transfer ladle to the holding furnace. It eliminates the oxides and the resulting hard spots that form each time the molten aluminum is disturbed making it very efficient for the customer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12384\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Molten-Metal-Launder-System-2.jpg\" alt=\"Molten Metal Launder System\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Molten-Metal-Launder-System-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Molten-Metal-Launder-System-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Features of this aluminum launder system include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Air cylinder operated launder and holding furnace heating lids for ease of access for cleaning and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Highly insulated calcium silicate board linings that are naturally non-wetting to aluminum saves energy and makes cleaning a breeze.<\/li>\n<li>A working tap encased in a bolt-on end cap on the launder allows for tapping metal for remote holding furnaces not attached to the new launder system.<\/li>\n<li>This electric resistance heated aluminum launder system is factory tested and adjusted prior to shipment to help reduce installation and start-up times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Molten Metal Launder System has the long lifetime lining. Use new high-silicon melting material which is corrosion resistance, non-stick molten aluminum, non-polluting to molten aluminum. Can meet the high value-added, high-tech performance aluminum casting requirement.<\/p>\n<p>Molten Metal Launder is installed between the furnace and the casting machine and it has dual function: transportation and insulation. Mainly used in the transportation of molten aluminum between furnace, purifying furnace, casting platform, degassing unit and filtrating unit for the aluminum precision
