For a specific casting, if the mold coating is selected properly, the application operation is stable and controlled. In theory, qualified castings can be obtained. However, in the actual casting process, the application operation is often regarded as the most variable link. Therefore, it is very important to carefully prepare the mold before coating and prepare the coating and choose the application tools used.<\/p>\n

The applied substrate is extremely important to the performance of the coating. The new mold must be thoroughly cleaned before application to remove all lubricating grease and rust spots. The used mold must be completely removed from the original coating. The traditional method of cleaning the mold is to use a wire brush to remove surface dirt. This method often causes excessive wear on the mold surface or produces small cracks on the mold surface. Therefore, people are looking for new non-destructive cleaning methods to clean metal surfaces.<\/p>\n
