Utilizan fosfato como aglutinante para altas temperaturas, lo que permite cumplir los requisitos generales para la purificaci\u00f3n y filtraci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido. Sin embargo, entra\u00f1an riesgos ocultos de corrosi\u00f3n y contaminaci\u00f3n medioambiental. El magnesio presente en las aleaciones de aluminio con alto contenido en magnesio reacciona con el fosfato de aluminio a temperaturas de entre 600 y 800 \u00b0C, lo que destruye el aglutinante de alta temperatura de la placa filtrante cer\u00e1mica y altera su estructura. En casos graves, la placa filtrante resultar\u00e1 da\u00f1ada. Los fragmentos se desprenden, contaminan el aluminio fundido y producen al mismo tiempo fosfuro de magnesio y fosfuro de aluminio, que, al exponerse a la humedad o al agua del aire, sufrir\u00e1n una reacci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3lisis, liberando gas fosfina t\u00f3xico e inflamable y contaminando el medio ambiente. Debido al elevado coeficiente de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica y al gran m\u00f3dulo de elasticidad de la al\u00famina, la tensi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica es elevada durante el precalentamiento r\u00e1pido, por lo que es probable que se produzcan grietas, lo que da lugar al \u201ccolapso de la losa\u201d durante su uso, provocando la interrupci\u00f3n de la fundici\u00f3n o la presencia de inclusiones de escoria en el producto.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, tras a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n, Adtech ha desarrollado con \u00e9xito un nuevo tipo de placa filtrante de cer\u00e1mica celular, resistente a la corrosi\u00f3n y respetuosa con el medio ambiente, que no contiene f\u00f3sforo (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/portfolio-tag\/phosphorus-free-ceramic-foam-filter\/\"><strong>Filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica sin f\u00f3sforo<\/strong><\/a>), utilizando sal de boro como aglutinante a alta temperatura para evitar la corrosi\u00f3n de los elementos de magnesio presentes en la aleaci\u00f3n y, al mismo tiempo, incorpora placas filtrantes anticorrosivas con bajos coeficientes de dilataci\u00f3n. El agregado evita la erosi\u00f3n del aluminio y el magnesio, lo que reduce considerablemente la tensi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica generada durante el precalentamiento r\u00e1pido, y presenta una elevada resistencia al choque t\u00e9rmico. Recientemente, se ha completado con \u00e9xito una peque\u00f1a prueba de producci\u00f3n.
