Aseg\u00farese de que est\u00e9n limpios y en buen estado, sin da\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Comprueba que el sellado alrededor del tubo de flujo y del dispositivo flotante est\u00e9 intacto. La posici\u00f3n horizontal de instalaci\u00f3n del flotador se encuentra al nivel de la caja delantera durante el laminado normal. Se utiliza para ajustar la altura del aluminio fundido en la caja delantera y var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de la altura del aluminio fundido en la canaleta de control de caudal, con el fin de proporcionar fuerza a todo el sistema de control de caudal. Cuando el nivel del aluminio fundido en la canaleta de control de caudal es inferior a la altura establecida, el flotador desciende. Dado que el flotador est\u00e1 acoplado al tap\u00f3n, el flotador empuja al tap\u00f3n alej\u00e1ndolo del orificio de control de caudal.<\/p>\n<p>Al aumentar el caudal de aluminio fundido, el nivel de l\u00edquido en la canaleta de control de caudal sube gradualmente, empujando lentamente el flotador hacia arriba. Cuando el aluminio fundido en la canaleta de control de caudal supera la altura establecida, el flotador se eleva, lo que hace que el obturador se desplace hacia el orificio de control de caudal, reduciendo as\u00ed el flujo de salida del aluminio fundido; a su vez, el nivel de l\u00edquido en la canaleta de control de caudal disminuye gradualmente y el flotador desciende lentamente. Cuando la altura real del nivel de l\u00edquido alcanza el nivel de l\u00edquido establecido, todo el acoplamiento se encuentra en equilibrio din\u00e1mico y deja de realizar movimientos excesivos. Por lo tanto, cuando sea necesario subir o bajar el nivel de l\u00edquido en la producci\u00f3n real, solo hay que ajustar la altura del flotador.
