Adem\u00e1s, se caracterizan por una excelente conductividad t\u00e9rmica, tanto en t\u00e9rminos de estabilidad como de resistencia a los cambios bruscos de temperatura. El filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica ofrece un buen rendimiento a la hora de reducir el caudal y estabilizar el flujo de agua.<\/p>\n<p>Ofrecemos modelos de filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica con una densidad que oscila entre 20 y 60 PPI. Tambi\u00e9n suministramos juntas de estanqueidad, que permiten sellar el filtro en su posici\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n aplicando una presi\u00f3n m\u00ednima sobre el mismo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/molten-metal-filtering\/\">Filtrado de metal fundido<\/a> El uso de un filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica es un m\u00e9todo eficaz para eliminar las inclusiones. El filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica se fabrica con poliestireno expandido. El poliestireno se expande mediante vapor en un molde especialmente dise\u00f1ado para formar un patr\u00f3n de poliestireno. A continuaci\u00f3n, se vierten las distintas pastas cer\u00e1micas en la celda de poliestireno y se dejan secar al aire. Tras la operaci\u00f3n de moldeo, el filtro se somete a un proceso de sinterizaci\u00f3n en diversas condiciones. Con este nuevo m\u00e9todo, se puede controlar el tama\u00f1o del canal del filtro y se pueden formar trampas con la configuraci\u00f3n deseada. El uso de filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica en la producci\u00f3n de muchos tipos de aleaciones de aluminio permite alcanzar un nivel satisfactorio de calidad metal\u00fargica.
