El deflector de la canaleta de AdTech est\u00e1 integrado en la canaleta para dar servicio al proceso de fundici\u00f3n y laminaci\u00f3n de lana de papel de aluminio de alta precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El deflector de la cubeta presenta las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas: excelente resistencia a la erosi\u00f3n, resistencia a los impactos, resistencia al fr\u00edo y al calor, es de aluminio antiadherente, no reacciona qu\u00edmicamente con el aluminio y tiene un bajo coeficiente de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Mantiene una forma estable a la temperatura de trabajo, no absorbe humedad, es duradero y no contamina el aluminio fundido.<\/p>\n

La presa de desag\u00fce est\u00e1 fabricada con materiales inorg\u00e1nicos; su fase cristalina principal es la xonotlita, que presenta propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas estables. El producto no se adhiere al agua de aluminio. El material base del producto se sintetiza por v\u00eda hidrotermal a partir de materiales sil\u00edceos y calc\u00e1reos, y presenta un excelente rendimiento de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico. No contiene cemento ni resina, y no reacciona ni se corroe con otros materiales.<\/p>\n

El sector de la tecnolog\u00eda publicitaria deflector del canal de lavado<\/a> Se utiliza junto con el molde. \n3. Gran flexibilidad de uso: el anillo de escoria con argolla met\u00e1lica se puede moldear directamente en el molde.<\/p>\n

Los deflectores de agua de aluminio se utilizan ampliamente en diversas situaciones en las fundiciones de aluminio. El alambre trefilado es un dispositivo que impide la entrada de escoria de aluminio en el agua. Destaca por sus excelentes propiedades antiadherentes al aluminio, no se adhieren restos de aluminio, tiene una baja absorci\u00f3n de calor y no es necesario precalentarlo antes de su uso. No contamina el producto.<\/p>\n

El tratamiento de recubrimiento superficial del deflector permite conseguir un efecto de superficie esmaltada y de aluminio antiadherente, evitando por completo los efectos adversos sobre el silicio fundido (incluidos otros metales). El producto presenta excelentes propiedades de aluminio antiadherente, al tiempo que garantiza la interacci\u00f3n del metal fundido entre las diferentes piezas de fundici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
