Estos productos contribuyen a mejorar la calidad general, la productividad y la seguridad de los metales, al tiempo que reducen la intensidad de mano de obra y permiten ahorrar hasta un 60% en costes de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Dado que el origen y la composici\u00f3n de la chatarra de aluminio son muy complejos, es necesario aplicar una tecnolog\u00eda adecuada para garantizar un tratamiento eficaz. La calidad de los productos de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio depende principalmente de las fases de fundici\u00f3n y moldeo, y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/hydrogen-removal-purification\/\">eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno<\/a> y la eliminaci\u00f3n de impurezas son fundamentales para el proceso de fundici\u00f3n y moldeo.<\/p>\n<p>En la industria de la transformaci\u00f3n secundaria del aluminio, la calidad y la pureza est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionadas, especialmente en aplicaciones de alta exigencia, como las de la industria electr\u00f3nica. La principal causa de las impurezas y los defectos f\u00edsicos en las piezas de aluminio fundido es el gas, en particular el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto, que puede provocar problemas de resistencia y rendimiento. El grafito era el material m\u00e1s utilizado anteriormente en los rotores de desgasificaci\u00f3n, pero conlleva unos elevados costes de sustituci\u00f3n y una mayor frecuencia de recambio. En comparaci\u00f3n con el grafito, el carburo de silicio presenta una resistencia superior al desgaste y a la oxidaci\u00f3n. La vida \u00fatil del nuevo rotor es cinco veces superior a la de los productos de grafito.
