El vanadio tambi\u00e9n tiene el efecto de refinar la estructura de recristalizaci\u00f3n y aumentar la temperatura de recristalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El calcio tiene una solubilidad en fase s\u00f3lida muy baja en las aleaciones de aluminio y forma compuestos de CaAl\u2084 con el aluminio. El calcio es tambi\u00e9n un elemento superpl\u00e1stico de las aleaciones de aluminio. Las aleaciones con aproximadamente un 5% de calcio y un 5% de manganeso presentan superplasticidad. El calcio y el silicio forman CaSi y son insolubles en el aluminio. La aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio utilizada como base de soldadura tambi\u00e9n debe tener un contenido de berilio controlado.<\/p>\n<p>El sodio es pr\u00e1cticamente insoluble en aluminio; su solubilidad m\u00e1xima en estado s\u00f3lido es inferior a 0,0025%, y su punto de fusi\u00f3n es bajo (97,8 \u2103). Cuando hay sodio presente en la aleaci\u00f3n, este se adsorbe en la superficie de las dendritas o en los l\u00edmites de grano durante la solidificaci\u00f3n. Durante el conformado en caliente, el sodio presente en los l\u00edmites de grano forma una capa de adsorci\u00f3n l\u00edquida. Cuando se producen grietas por fragilidad, se forman compuestos de NaAlSi sin sodio libre, por lo que no se genera la denominada \u201cfragilidad por sodio\u201d. Cuando el contenido de magnesio supera el 21 TP3T, el magnesio captura el silicio y precipita sodio libre, lo que da lugar a la \u201cfragilidad por sodio\u201d. Por lo tanto, en las aleaciones de aluminio con alto contenido en magnesio no est\u00e1 permitido el uso de fundente de sal de sodio.
