{"id":2285,"date":"2020-06-16T08:57:26","date_gmt":"2020-06-16T08:57:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/?p=2285"},"modified":"2020-09-15T05:51:42","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T05:51:42","slug":"degassing-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/degassing-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"Desgasificaci\u00f3n y refinado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Para obtener aluminio fundido con bajo contenido en gases, por un lado, es necesario preparar cuidadosamente los materiales, controlar estrictamente la temperatura, fundir r\u00e1pidamente y adoptar medidas para reducir la absorci\u00f3n de gases, como el uso de un agente de recubrimiento. Por otro lado, es necesario llevar a cabo un refinado de desgasificaci\u00f3n eficaz en la fase final de la fundici\u00f3n, con el fin de reducir el gas disuelto en el metal al nivel m\u00e1s bajo posible. Existen tres formas de eliminar el gas del metal: en primer lugar, los \u00e1tomos de gas se difunden hacia la superficie del metal y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se liberan del estado de adsorci\u00f3n. En segundo lugar, se expulsa del metal fundido en forma de burbujas. La tercera consiste en formar un compuesto con los elementos a\u00f1adidos al metal y eliminarlo en forma de inclusiones no met\u00e1licas. Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis termodin\u00e1mico, cuando la presi\u00f3n parcial del hidr\u00f3geno en el gas (P1) es mayor que la presi\u00f3n parcial del hidr\u00f3geno en el metal (P2), el gas se disuelve en el metal; cuando P1 es menor que P2, el gas se separa del metal. Por lo tanto, colocar el metal fundido en un vac\u00edo con una baja presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno, o introducir un gas inerte en el metal fundido, proporciona la fuerza motriz para la deshidrogenaci\u00f3n. En la producci\u00f3n industrial, normalmente se introduce gas inerte (N, Ar) en el ba\u00f1o de fusi\u00f3n. Dado que el interior de la burbuja est\u00e1 completamente libre de hidr\u00f3geno, es decir, la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en la burbuja es cero, y la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en el ba\u00f1o de fusi\u00f3n que rodea la burbuja es muy superior a cero.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el efecto de la diferencia de presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno entre el interior y el exterior de la burbuja, los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno disueltos se difunden hacia la interfaz entre el material fundido y la burbuja, donde se recombinan en mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno dentro de la burbuja y, a continuaci\u00f3n, flotan hacia arriba junto con la burbuja para escapar de la superficie del material fundido. Este proceso continuar\u00e1 hasta que las presiones parciales de hidr\u00f3geno dentro y fuera de la burbuja sean iguales, es decir, hasta que se alcance el equilibrio.
