AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/degassing-unit\/\">unidad de desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/plate-filtering-unit\/\">unidades de filtrado<\/a> se basan principalmente en los principios de la flotaci\u00f3n con escoria y la filtraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9todos de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria de aluminio<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Escoria qu\u00edmica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La escorificaci\u00f3n compuesta se basa en el uso de \u00f3xidos alcalinos y \u00e1cido <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/fluxes\/\">flujos<\/a>, o compuestos complejos o complejos formados por \u00f3xidos \u00e1cidos y fundentes alcalinos. El m\u00e9todo de la diferencia de densidad permite, por lo general, mantener el metal fundido a una temperatura inferior a la de refinado y con fundente durante un periodo de tiempo, de modo que las inclusiones floten o se hundan, y as\u00ed poder eliminarlas. La velocidad a la que las inclusiones de escoria flotan o se hunden es proporcional a la diferencia de densidad entre ambas, inversamente proporcional a la viscosidad del metal fundido y proporcional al cuadrado del radio de las part\u00edculas de escoria. Cuando la temperatura del aluminio fundido es baja y el n\u00famero de inclusiones es elevado, la viscosidad del aluminio fundido es alta y el tiempo que tarda la escoria en flotar o hundirse es prolongado. Cuando la temperatura de la aleaci\u00f3n es constante, dado que la viscosidad del metal fundido y la diferencia de densidad entre este y la escoria no var\u00edan mucho, el tama\u00f1o y la forma de la escoria influyen considerablemente en el tiempo que tarda en flotar o hundirse.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, la diferencia de densidad se debe principalmente al aumento del tama\u00f1o de la inclusi\u00f3n de escoria para facilitar su separaci\u00f3n del metal fundido. Durante la fundici\u00f3n del aluminio, cuando el radio del A1203 se reduce de 0,1 mm a 0,001 mm, el tiempo de reposo necesario aumenta de 5 s a 13,8 h, es decir, no favorece que la escoria flote o se hunda. Normalmente, las aleaciones de aluminio se dejan reposar entre 20 y 30 minutos, pero el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria sigue siendo muy limitado. Este m\u00e9todo requiere mucho tiempo y consume mucha energ\u00eda, y resulta dif\u00edcil eliminar las inclusiones de escoria finamente dispersas. La temperatura de fusi\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio es baja, pero el punto de fusi\u00f3n de su \u00f3xido es muy alto. En este caso, resulta dif\u00edcil utilizar el m\u00e9todo qu\u00edmico. Por lo tanto, resulta m\u00e1s adecuado el m\u00e9todo de flotaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nCuando se refina la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio con nitr\u00f3geno gaseoso, durante la deshidrogenaci\u00f3n flotan hacia la superficie numerosas escorias oxidadas. El proceso de eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias mediante flotaci\u00f3n con gas es b\u00e1sicamente el mismo que el de la eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias mediante flotaci\u00f3n con fundente. Cuando las burbujas atraviesan el aluminio l\u00edquido, las part\u00edculas de \u00f3xido dispersas chocan contra ellas, se adsorben en las burbujas y flotan hacia la superficie del l\u00edquido a medida que estas ascienden. Cuanto mayor sea el n\u00famero de burbujas y mayor su tama\u00f1o, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias. Los gases inertes utilizados suelen ser el nitr\u00f3geno y el arg\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se suelen emplear como agentes de flotaci\u00f3n sales de cloruro en las aleaciones de aluminio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disoluci\u00f3n del fundente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez que las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas se disuelven en el fundente l\u00edquido, pueden separarse del metal fundido a medida que el fundente flota y se hunde. La capacidad de los fundentes para disolver la escoria atrapada depende de su estructura molecular y de las propiedades qu\u00edmicas resultantes. Cuando la estructura molecular y las propiedades qu\u00edmicas son similares, pueden ser miscibles a una temperatura determinada. Al a\u00f1adir 10% de criolita a una mezcla de cantidades iguales de cloruro de sodio y cloruro de potasio, se puede disolver 0,15% de Al\u2082O\u2083. Adem\u00e1s, a medida que aumenta la cantidad de criolita, tambi\u00e9n aumenta la solubilidad de la al\u00famina en el fundente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria de aluminio mencionados anteriormente resultan ineficaces para las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas que presentan una diferencia m\u00ednima en la densidad del metal fundido, un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula reducido y un grado de dispersi\u00f3n extremadamente elevado.
