Para los materiales m\u00e1s exigentes, el m\u00e9todo de filtraci\u00f3n CFF permite eliminar las impurezas de la aleaci\u00f3n mediante filtraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica a trav\u00e9s de la capa de aluminio fundido.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las impurezas met\u00e1licas, el m\u00e9todo de tratamiento habitual consiste en convertir los factores nocivos en factores favorables. Es decir, se transforman en una segunda fase beneficiosa mediante el proceso de aleaci\u00f3n para mejorar las prestaciones del material. Si es necesario eliminarlas, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos se aprovecha la diferencia de punto de ebullici\u00f3n entre los distintos elementos para llevar a cabo una destilaci\u00f3n selectiva a alta temperatura y baja presi\u00f3n, con el fin de eliminar las impurezas met\u00e1licas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2797\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/26.jpg\" alt=\"Refinado de chatarra de aluminio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/26.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/26-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo eliminar las impurezas de una aleaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Las aleaciones de aluminio fundidas a partir de chatarra que contiene aluminio suelen contener un exceso de elementos met\u00e1licos, que deben eliminarse en la medida de lo posible. La oxidaci\u00f3n selectiva puede utilizarse para eliminar de la masa fundida diversas impurezas met\u00e1licas que tienen una mayor afinidad por el ox\u00edgeno que el aluminio. Por ejemplo, el magnesio, el zinc, el calcio, el circonio y otros elementos pueden acelerar la oxidaci\u00f3n de estas impurezas mediante la agitaci\u00f3n del ba\u00f1o de fusi\u00f3n. Estos \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos no se disuelven en el aluminio l\u00edquido y pasan a la escoria, de modo que pueden separarse del aluminio mediante el desnatado de la escoria y su retirada del ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es posible aprovechar la diferencia de solubilidad para eliminar las impurezas met\u00e1licas de la aleaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio contaminada con impurezas se funde en un punto eut\u00e9ctico con un metal capaz de disolver bien el aluminio sin disolver las impurezas; a continuaci\u00f3n, se separa el l\u00edquido de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio mediante filtraci\u00f3n y, posteriormente, se elimina el metal a\u00f1adido mediante destilaci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo. Normalmente, se a\u00f1aden magnesio, zinc y mercurio para eliminar el hierro, el silicio y otras impurezas del aluminio, y posteriormente estos metales se eliminan mediante destilaci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, una vez que la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio contaminada con impurezas alcanza el punto eut\u00e9ctico con magnesio 30%, se deja reposar la aleaci\u00f3n a una temperatura cercana a la eut\u00e9ctica durante un tiempo, se filtran las fases cristalinas precipitadas primarias que contienen hierro y silicio, y a continuaci\u00f3n se somete a un proceso de separaci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo a 850 \u2103 El magnesio y las impurezas como el zinc y el plomo, que tienen una alta presi\u00f3n de vapor, tambi\u00e9n se eliminan junto con el magnesio, y la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio pura, una vez eliminado el magnesio, puede fundirse en lingotes.<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la calidad del aluminio fundido, o cuando determinados grados de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio requieren un control estricto del contenido de hidr\u00f3geno y de las inclusiones, se puede recurrir al m\u00e9todo de refinado combinado, es decir, se utilizan dos m\u00e9todos de refinado simult\u00e1neamente.
