El proceso de filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de la espuma de aluminio mediante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/foam-ceramic-material\/\">cer\u00e1mica celular<\/a> son muy complicadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n con espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mediante el filtrado inercial por tamizado e interceptaci\u00f3n, la fricci\u00f3n, la sedimentaci\u00f3n y otros tipos de filtrado mec\u00e1nico, la eficacia de filtrado es directamente proporcional al tama\u00f1o de malla del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filter-plate\/\">filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a>. Gracias a la deposici\u00f3n de part\u00edculas en la masa fundida y a las paredes irregulares de la rejilla de soporte, se mejora la capacidad de retenci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas heterog\u00e9neas.<\/p>\n<p>3. La superficie rugosa formada por los huecos en la superficie del andamio aumenta la superficie de contacto entre el flujo de aluminio l\u00edquido y la superficie s\u00f3lida cer\u00e1mica, lo que hace que la direcci\u00f3n del flujo de las part\u00edculas en el flujo de aluminio l\u00edquido sea m\u00e1s desordenada, lo que favorece la captura y la deposici\u00f3n de part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas.<\/p>\n<p>4.
