{"id":3215,"date":"2020-07-31T09:02:36","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T09:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=3215"},"modified":"2020-07-31T09:02:36","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T09:02:36","slug":"aluminum-slab-bending-analysis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/aluminum-slab-bending-analysis\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis del doblado de placas de aluminio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Existen dos causas principales que provocan que las planchas de aluminio se doblen lentamente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) La cabeza del lingote plano no se coloca de forma uniforme, y las dos grandes superficies o lados opuestos no se encuentran en el mismo plano horizontal al entrar en contacto con la base, lo que da lugar a una situaci\u00f3n en la que un lado queda m\u00e1s alto y el otro m\u00e1s bajo.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Durante el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/aluminium-casting-process-and-extrusion-process\/\">proceso de fundici\u00f3n<\/a>, debido a que los sedimentos y otras impurezas presentes en el agua de refrigeraci\u00f3n obstruyen los orificios de agua de la camisa de refrigeraci\u00f3n del molde, lo que da lugar a una diferencia en la intensidad de enfriamiento entre las dos caras principales o los dos lados del lingote plano. El lado con mayor intensidad de enfriamiento se solidifica primero, mientras que el lado con menor intensidad de enfriamiento se solidifica m\u00e1s tarde. A medida que avanza el proceso de fundici\u00f3n, la longitud del lingote plano aumenta gradualmente, y este peque\u00f1o doblado se acumula poco a poco hasta hacerse visible, formando as\u00ed una deformaci\u00f3n lenta y cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Existen tres causas que provocan la flexi\u00f3n por desplazamiento de las planchas de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) La cabeza de la barra ficticia del lingote plano no est\u00e1 bien colocada, y el contacto de la parte inferior con la base no es completo, ya que hay un hueco.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bd\">\n<div id=\"reader-translate-marker\">(2) La superficie de contacto entre la base del lingote plano y el cabezal de prueba es reducida. El cabezal de prueba del lingote plano es rectangular y tiene una base plana. Cuando el aluminio fundido se enfr\u00eda y se solidifica en el cabezal de prueba, la parte central se solidifica primero y, a continuaci\u00f3n, fluye hacia la zona circundante. Dado que la solidificaci\u00f3n se completa en poco tiempo y se ve afectada por la fluidez del metal y el gas producido por el agua de enfriamiento, es imposible que el aluminio l\u00edquido llene por completo el molde tras la contracci\u00f3n por solidificaci\u00f3n.
