El hidr\u00f3geno presente en las aleaciones de aluminio procede principalmente del vapor de agua contenido en los gases del horno. El contenido de hidr\u00f3geno en el aluminio l\u00edquido aumenta a medida que aumentan la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno y la temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las inclusiones presentes en el metal fundido de aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio proceden directamente del horno, mientras que la mayor\u00eda se forman durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n y colada, siendo principalmente inclusiones de \u00f3xido. Las part\u00edculas grandes de inclusiones provocan discontinuidades en la estructura de la pieza fundida, reducen la densidad de la pieza, se convierten en el origen de la corrosi\u00f3n, disminuyen significativamente la resistencia y la plasticidad de los materiales y, a menudo, son la causa de la aparici\u00f3n de grietas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las inclusiones finas distribuidas en el ba\u00f1o de aluminio aumentar\u00e1n la viscosidad del mismo, lo que reducir\u00e1 la capacidad de alimentaci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio y facilitar\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n de cavidades por contracci\u00f3n o porosidad. En el caso de las aleaciones de aluminio de alta resistencia, esto reducir\u00e1 su resistencia mec\u00e1nica y su fiabilidad, afectar\u00e1 gravemente a la calidad de su superficie y a su calidad interna, lo que dar\u00e1 lugar a un bajo porcentaje de productos acabados e incluso al desecho de lotes enteros. Por lo tanto, es muy importante controlar el contenido de hidr\u00f3geno, las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas y los elementos nocivos en el aluminio y en la masa fundida de sus aleaciones, utilizando determinados principios f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos y las medidas de proceso eficaces correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de purificaci\u00f3n en el horno puede dividirse en tecnolog\u00eda de tratamiento de purificaci\u00f3n por adsorci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda de tratamiento de purificaci\u00f3n sin adsorci\u00f3n. La primera incluye principalmente la purga con gas inerte, la purga con gas activo, la purga con gas mixto (N\u2082-Cl\u2082 o N\u2082-Cl\u2082-CO), la purificaci\u00f3n con sal de cloro, la purificaci\u00f3n con agentes refinadores no t\u00f3xicos y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/flux-refining-process\/\">refinado por flujo<\/a>. El tratamiento en horno es un proceso muy importante para la purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido, que desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias y de ox\u00edgeno del aluminio fundido.
