La inyecci\u00f3n de gas inerte en la masa fundida permite eliminar la escoria, ya que las burbujas de gas inerte inyectadas absorben las inclusiones oxidadas presentes en la masa fundida y las expulsan de la superficie del l\u00edquido durante el proceso de flotaci\u00f3n. Este m\u00e9todo es el denominado m\u00e9todo de desescoriado por flotaci\u00f3n. Dado que la burbuja de gas inerte adsorbe las inclusiones oxidadas del ba\u00f1o fundido, puede reducir la energ\u00eda libre superficial total del sistema, por lo que esta adsorci\u00f3n puede producirse de forma autom\u00e1tica. Cuanto menor sea la tensi\u00f3n superficial entre el gas inerte y las inclusiones, y cuanto mayor sea la tensi\u00f3n superficial entre el material fundido y el gas inerte, as\u00ed como la tensi\u00f3n de interfaz entre el material fundido y las inclusiones, mayor ser\u00e1 la capacidad de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria del gas inerte.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se utiliza gas inerte para el refinado, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-flux\/\">fundente de refinado<\/a> deben esparcirse uniformemente sobre la superficie del l\u00edquido. Esto se debe a que, una vez que las burbujas de gas inerte han sacado las inclusiones de la superficie del l\u00edquido, si en ese momento hay una capa de fundente sobre la superficie del l\u00edquido, las inclusiones se introducir\u00e1n en el fundente y se convertir\u00e1n en escoria, que es f\u00e1cil de extraer. De lo contrario, las inclusiones con mayor densidad volver\u00e1n a caer en el aluminio fundido, y las de menor densidad formar\u00e1n una espuma en la superficie del l\u00edquido, que resulta dif\u00edcil de separar del aluminio fundido. Al extraer esta espuma, se arrastrar\u00e1 una gran cantidad de metal fundido, lo que supone una importante p\u00e9rdida de metal.<\/p>\n<p>La inyecci\u00f3n de gas inerte en la masa fundida permite desgasificarla, ya que la burbuja de gas inerte inyectada en la masa fundida no contiene hidr\u00f3geno y su presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno es cero, mientras que la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en la masa fundida cercana a la burbuja es muy superior a cero; por lo tanto, existe una diferencia de presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno entre el interior y el exterior de la burbuja. Bajo el efecto de esta diferencia de presi\u00f3n parcial, los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno del material fundido se difunden hacia la interfaz de la burbuja y se recombinan en mol\u00e9culas en dicha interfaz para entrar en la burbuja. Este proceso no se detendr\u00e1 hasta que la presi\u00f3n parcial del hidr\u00f3geno dentro y fuera de la burbuja sea igual. El hidr\u00f3geno que entra en las burbujas se escapa a la atm\u00f3sfera a medida que estas flotan hacia arriba. La densidad, la viscosidad, la humectabilidad y la capacidad calor\u00edfica del gas inerte influyen en el efecto de refinado. Cuanto mayor sea la densidad del gas y mayor su viscosidad, m\u00e1s lenta ser\u00e1 la velocidad de flotaci\u00f3n en la masa fundida y mayor el tiempo de residencia, lo que favorece la mejora del efecto de refinado; sin embargo, cuanto menor sea la densidad del gas, mayor ser\u00e1 el volumen de gas por unidad de masa. Cuanto mayor es el \u00e1rea de contacto, tambi\u00e9n contribuye a mejorar el efecto de refinado. Los experimentos han demostrado que el factor decisivo en el proceso de desgasificaci\u00f3n no es la calidad del gas refinado, sino su volumen y su grado de dispersi\u00f3n en la masa fundida. Cuanto mejor sea la capacidad de humectaci\u00f3n del gas sobre las inclusiones, mayor ser\u00e1 su capacidad de flotaci\u00f3n. La capacidad calor\u00edfica influye en el efecto de refinado al afectar a la temperatura de la masa fundida.<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>La pureza del gas inerte<\/strong>. La pureza del gas inerte se refiere principalmente al contenido de ox\u00edgeno y humedad en el mismo. Cuanto mayor sea el contenido de ox\u00edgeno y agua en el gas inerte, peor ser\u00e1 el efecto de refinado. Dado que el ox\u00edgeno y el vapor de agua penetran en la masa fundida junto con el gas de refinado, reaccionan qu\u00edmicamente con ella para formar una pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido en la superficie de la burbuja y aumentar la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en su interior. Esto no solo retrasar\u00e1 considerablemente el proceso de difusi\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno, sino que tambi\u00e9n aumentar\u00e1 el contenido de inclusiones oxidadas en la soluci\u00f3n. Cuando la humedad y el ox\u00edgeno del gas inerte superan un determinado valor, no solo no puede desempe\u00f1ar una funci\u00f3n de refinado, sino que incluso puede provocar que el ba\u00f1o fundido sufra un proceso de absorci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno, lo que causa una contaminaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grave.<\/p>\n<p>3) <strong>El tama\u00f1o de las burbujas<\/strong>. Cuanto menor sea el tama\u00f1o de las burbujas, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n. Esto se debe a que, cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as son las burbujas, mayor es el n\u00famero de burbujas que se forman a partir de un mismo volumen de gas y mayor es su superficie; y cuanto m\u00e1s lenta es la velocidad de flotaci\u00f3n en el aluminio fundido, mayor es el tiempo de contacto con el metal fundido.<\/p>\n<p>4) <strong>La uniformidad del contacto entre las burbujas y la masa fundida<\/strong>. Cuanto m\u00e1s completo y uniforme sea el contacto, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de refinado. Dado que el refinado por soplado de aire se basa en la desgasificaci\u00f3n por difusi\u00f3n mediante diferencia de presi\u00f3n parcial y en la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria por flotaci\u00f3n, solo la zona en contacto con el gas de refinado puede producir un efecto de refinado. Para aumentar las posibilidades de contacto, lo m\u00e1s recomendable es utilizar un tratamiento combinado de refinado por transferencia en l\u00ednea y filtrado y soplado, de modo que cada parte de la masa fundida se someta al refinado. En el caso del refinado en el horno, el dispositivo de refinado debe desplazarse suavemente a lo largo del fondo del horno para evitar que queden zonas sin tratar.<\/p>\n<p>5) <strong>Otros par\u00e1metros del proceso de refinado<\/strong>. Los par\u00e1metros del proceso de refinado, como el tiempo de soplado, la presi\u00f3n de soplado, la temperatura de soplado y el tiempo de reposo de la masa fundida tras el refinado, tienen efectos
