Permite obtener metal l\u00edquido limpio. AdTech ofrece <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/fluxes\/\">flujos<\/a> En los procesos de fundici\u00f3n y refinado, permiten resolver el problema de las p\u00e9rdidas por combusti\u00f3n excesivas y la contaminaci\u00f3n por gases residuales provocadas por la reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del fundente tradicional en el l\u00edquido de la aleaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al hidr\u00f3geno y las inclusiones que penetran en el aluminio fundido, solo pueden utilizarse los m\u00e9todos de \u201cvaciado\u201d y \u201cdisoluci\u00f3n\u201d. En el proceso de solidificaci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio fundido, la solubilidad del hidr\u00f3geno disminuye a medida que baja la temperatura. Por lo tanto, es imposible intentar disolver parcial o incluso totalmente el hidr\u00f3geno presente en el aluminio fundido dentro de la matriz de la aleaci\u00f3n durante el endurecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El refinado por fusi\u00f3n es uno de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s comunes y eficaces para obtener metal l\u00edquido puro. El hidr\u00f3geno es la principal causa de porosidad en las aleaciones de aluminio. Por lo tanto, muchos investigadores creen que la mayor parte del hidr\u00f3geno absorbido procede del agua presente en el aire. Cuando la temperatura supera los 400 \u2103, el aluminio y el vapor de agua del aire producen algunos \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno y algunas mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno. Los primeros son absorbidos por el aluminio l\u00edquido, mientras que las segundas se liberan al aire.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se produce hidr\u00f3geno, se forma una pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido resistente a la rotura, por lo que la reacci\u00f3n anterior puede evitarse hasta cierto punto. No hay m\u00e1s de dos factores que influyan en la absorci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en el aluminio fundido: (1) el contenido de vapor de agua en el entorno del aluminio fundido; (2) la densidad de la pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido en el aluminio fundido.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la variaci\u00f3n continua del contenido de agua en el aire, el contenido de hidr\u00f3geno en el aluminio fundido tambi\u00e9n cambia constantemente, y el n\u00famero de poros var\u00eda en consecuencia. El contenido de humedad en el aire es de 3 a 4 g\/m\u00b3 en invierno y superior a 18 g\/m\u00b3 en verano. Por consiguiente, cuando la humedad del aire alcanza su nivel m\u00e1ximo en verano, se producen m\u00e1s poros en la pieza fundida. Si existe una pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido densa en la superficie del aluminio l\u00edquido, esta ralentizar\u00e1 considerablemente la intensidad de la reacci\u00f3n entre el aluminio y el vapor de agua.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso de cristalizaci\u00f3n del metal, los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno, las mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno y los hidruros se precipitan de diferentes formas. Los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno se difunden hacia la superficie del metal y, a continuaci\u00f3n, abandonan el estado de adsorci\u00f3n (evaporaci\u00f3n). Las mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno se eliminan del metal fundido en forma de burbujas. Los hidruros se eliminan en forma de inclusiones no met\u00e1licas.
