El eliminador de escoria se utiliza en la fundici\u00f3n y la fundici\u00f3n de metales porque se funde a altas temperaturas, por encima de los 1200 \u2103, y tiene cohesi\u00f3n. El eliminador de escoria tambi\u00e9n se conoce como Fundente desescoriador<\/a>, Fundente para la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria del aluminio. Es capaz de recoger y absorber de forma eficaz la espuma y las inclusiones de escoria presentes en la superficie del metal fundido. Posee propiedades qu\u00edmicas estables y no provoca contaminaci\u00f3n secundaria en el metal fundido. La calidad del fundente desescoriador no solo est\u00e1 relacionada con el proceso de producci\u00f3n y el control de calidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n depende en gran medida de la calidad de las materias primas. El rendimiento del eliminador de escoria se refleja principalmente en el tiempo de reacci\u00f3n y la cohesi\u00f3n. Un buen fundente se caracteriza por un tiempo de reacci\u00f3n r\u00e1pido, una buena adhesi\u00f3n y la ausencia de ca\u00edda de escoria.<\/p>\n

Caracter\u00edsticas del eliminador de escoria<\/h2>\n

1. Se pueden recoger diversas escorias e impurezas de la soluci\u00f3n de fundici\u00f3n para garantizar la limpieza del metal fundido.<\/p>\n

2. Descarga sencilla de la escoria, sin residuos, sin contaminaci\u00f3n y sin da\u00f1os en las paredes de la cuchara ni del horno.<\/p>\n

3. Conservaci\u00f3n del calor para reducir la p\u00e9rdida de elementos de aleaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

4. Reducir los elementos nocivos presentes en el metal fundido, como el f\u00f3sforo y el azufre.<\/p>\n

5. Eliminar las inclusiones de escoria, mejorar la calidad de la fundici\u00f3n y reducir la tasa de rechazos.<\/p>\n

6. Contacto con metal fundido; reacci\u00f3n estable; sin salpicaduras; no t\u00f3xico e ins\u00edpido; sin humo ni polvo; sin efectos sobre el cuerpo humano.<\/p>\n

\"Eliminador<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo utilizar el fundente para la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria del aluminio<\/h2>\n

Cuando el metal se funde en el horno, se pulveriza una peque\u00f1a cantidad de fundente sobre la superficie del metal fundido para eliminar inicialmente la escoria y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se aplica una fina capa sobre la superficie del metal fundido. Una vez que la reacci\u00f3n ha avanzado lo suficiente, se retira la escoria antes de la descarga.<\/p>\n

Se pulveriza una peque\u00f1a cantidad de fundente para la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria de aluminio sobre la superficie del metal fundido en la cuchara de colada y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se pulveriza una peque\u00f1a cantidad de agente de recubrimiento tras retirar la escoria. La cantidad que se a\u00f1ade es de aproximadamente entre 0,1% y 0,3% en peso del metal l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n

Antes de la colada, el eliminador de escoria se esparce sobre la superficie del metal l\u00edquido para formar una capa aislante de escoria. A medida que disminuye el contenido de metal en la cuchara, el eliminador de escoria tambi\u00e9n se va reduciendo.<\/p>\n
