El proceso de desgasificaci\u00f3n durante la fusi\u00f3n es complementario a la purificaci\u00f3n del metal fundido. Durante el proceso de desgasificaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se lleva a cabo la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria, y dicha eliminaci\u00f3n favorece la desgasificaci\u00f3n. En la actualidad, la desgasificaci\u00f3n durante la fusi\u00f3n en el procesamiento del aluminio se lleva a cabo b\u00e1sicamente mediante el m\u00e9todo de flotaci\u00f3n, y la escoria se elimina mediante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-filter-plate\/\">placa filtrante de cer\u00e1mica<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En los m\u00e9todos de purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido, que se utilizan principalmente para eliminar impurezas, el m\u00e9todo de filtraci\u00f3n suele llevarse a cabo tras la desgasificaci\u00f3n y antes de la colada (por ejemplo, colocando la rejilla filtrante en la boca de colada o en el canal de colada, etc.), y el mecanismo de eliminaci\u00f3n de impurezas es principalmente mec\u00e1nico. El m\u00e9todo de tratamiento tradicional es el m\u00e9todo de prensado o el m\u00e9todo de recubrimiento. Es f\u00e1cil que se produzcan \u201c\u00e1ngulos muertos\u201d debido a unas condiciones deficientes del proceso de purificaci\u00f3n, y resulta dif\u00edcil que el fundente cumpla su funci\u00f3n. Tras a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1ctica, hemos desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo de purificaci\u00f3n: el m\u00e9todo de purificaci\u00f3n por filtraci\u00f3n con fundente activo de alta eficiencia. Este m\u00e9todo combina las funciones de fusi\u00f3n, eliminaci\u00f3n del fundente y filtraci\u00f3n del mismo, y permite llevar a cabo todo el proceso de fundici\u00f3n sin necesidad de equipos especiales. El proceso es sencillo, su manejo es c\u00f3modo y el coste es bajo.<\/p>\n<p>El efecto purificador es notable. La tasa de eliminaci\u00f3n de impurezas es de aproximadamente 80%, y la tasa de poros se reduce significativamente. Si se a\u00f1ade desgasificaci\u00f3n, el efecto ser\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s significativo. Se ha aplicado en una serie de investigaciones, como la tecnolog\u00eda de reciclaje de residuos de aluminio, la localizaci\u00f3n de materiales de alto rendimiento (materiales para la fabricaci\u00f3n de latas) y materiales de menor calidad.
