El proceso de electr\u00f3lisis se lleva a cabo normalmente a una temperatura de entre 950 y 970 \u2103, determinada por las propiedades de la masa fundida de criolita y al\u00famina que compone el electrolito; por lo tanto, la temperatura del aluminio fundido en la celda electrol\u00edtica es de al menos 940 \u2103. Una temperatura tan elevada, unida a la gran cantidad de aluminio l\u00edquido extra\u00eddo de la celda electrol\u00edtica, permite mantener el aluminio en estado l\u00edquido durante un tiempo suficientemente prolongado, y el dep\u00f3sito de almacenamiento de aluminio puede transportarse tras repetidas operaciones de extracci\u00f3n de aluminio en varias celdas electrol\u00edticas. Aunque existe una cierta diferencia de densidad entre el electrolito de sal fundida de criolita-al\u00famina y el aluminio l\u00edquido a la misma temperatura (la primera es de unos 21 g\/cm\u00b3, mientras que la segunda es de unos 23 g\/cm\u00b3), esta diferencia es suficiente para garantizar que el aluminio l\u00edquido y el electrolito se separen en capas. Sin embargo, dado que la diferencia es muy peque\u00f1a, es inevitable que se absorba una peque\u00f1a cantidad de electrolito cuando el aluminio se recoge mediante vac\u00edo. Adem\u00e1s de la intensa agitaci\u00f3n y circulaci\u00f3n durante el proceso de electr\u00f3lisis, el movimiento brusco del aluminio l\u00edquido provoca que este se oxide de nuevo en el espacio del \u00e1nodo, lo que da lugar a un mayor n\u00famero de inclusiones oxidadas en el aluminio fundido, entre ellas el \u00f3xido de aluminio depositado en el fondo de la c\u00e9lula electrol\u00edtica y el carburo de aluminio producido por la difusi\u00f3n del carbono, lo que hace que el contenido de diversas inclusiones en el aluminio l\u00edquido sea relativamente elevado. AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/plate-filtering-unit\/\">Unidad de filtrado CFF<\/a>\u00a0se utiliza para eliminar las inclusiones de oxidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>(3) El contenido de Fe y Si es elevado. En el proceso de electr\u00f3lisis, las impurezas en forma de \u00f3xidos de elementos con potencial positivo, como el SiO\u2082, el Fe\u2082O\u2083, etc., se reducen f\u00e1cilmente, mientras que los elementos impuros reducidos, como el Fe y el Si, pasan directamente al aluminio l\u00edquido, lo que reduce la calidad del aluminio. Proceden principalmente de la al\u00famina en bruto, los \u00e1nodos de carbono y las herramientas de trabajo. Especialmente cuando se utiliza al\u00famina nacional como materia prima, el contenido de Si en la al\u00famina suele ser mayor que el de la al\u00famina importada, debido al tipo de mineral y a la tecnolog\u00eda de desilicificaci\u00f3n utilizada en China. Por lo general, el aluminio l\u00edquido contiene (Si) 0,81 TP3T-101 TP3T y (Fe) 0,91 TP3T~1,11 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p>4) Alto contenido en hidr\u00f3geno. Debido a las particularidades del proceso de electr\u00f3lisis con paladio, es inevitable que el aluminio fundido contenga gas. El componente principal de este gas es el hidr\u00f3geno, que representa entre el 70% y el 90%, junto con una peque\u00f1a cantidad de CO, CO\u2082, N\u2082 y CH\u2084. El rad\u00f3n producido por la descomposici\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de los hidrocarburos del \u00e1nodo se disuelve electroqu\u00edmicamente en el \u00e1nodo. Una vez que el H generado migra hacia el c\u00e1todo, se descarga en este para generar hidr\u00f3geno. Adem\u00e1s, el hidr\u00f3geno del entorno circundante se reduce por el vapor de agua procedente del aluminio y se disuelve en este. En estado l\u00edquido, el contenido de hidr\u00f3geno saturado en el aluminio l\u00edquido aumenta al aumentar la temperatura. Por ejemplo, es de 0,67 ml\/100 g Al a 660 \u2103, de 1,23 ml\/100 g Al a 750 \u2103 y de 2,15 ml\/100 g Al a 850 \u2103. Es de 2,9 mL\/100 g de Al a 950 \u2103 y de 3,9 mL\/100 g de Al a 1000 \u2103. Durante el proceso de electr\u00f3lisis, por un lado, el aluminio sustituye al Na presente en la criolita (NaAF\u2086), el fluoruro de sodio (NaF) y otros medios. Por otro lado, dado que la actividad del sodio en la masa fundida es mayor que la del aluminio, se acumula sodio en el c\u00e1todo.
