Una de las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s eficaces que utilizan las fundiciones es <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/rotary-degassing\/\">desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa<\/a>. La tecnolog\u00eda de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa est\u00e1 cobrando cada vez m\u00e1s importancia en el sector de la fundici\u00f3n y se utiliza ampliamente en la industria. El gas inerte se inyecta a trav\u00e9s del impulsor rotativo. En este proceso, el gas inerte (arg\u00f3n o nitr\u00f3geno) entra en el aluminio fundido a trav\u00e9s de un impulsor rotativo provisto de m\u00faltiples boquillas. Las burbujas se producen por el cizallamiento y la colisi\u00f3n con las palas del rotor.<\/p>\n<h2>Tecnolog\u00eda de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa<\/h2>\n<p>El aluminio fundido presenta una elevada reactividad qu\u00edmica y reacciona r\u00e1pidamente con el agua para formar \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno que se disuelven f\u00e1cilmente en ella. El agua procede del vapor de la atm\u00f3sfera, de los refractarios h\u00famedos, de las materias primas h\u00famedas, de los productos de la combusti\u00f3n, etc. Lamentablemente, cuando el aluminio fundido se moldea y se solidifica en forma de productos semiacabados, el hidr\u00f3geno at\u00f3mico ya no se disuelve en el aluminio s\u00f3lido y forma burbujas de hidr\u00f3geno molecular, lo que a su vez produce poros peque\u00f1os y perjudiciales. La porosidad es uno de los defectos m\u00e1s graves en las piezas de fundici\u00f3n de aluminio, ya que conlleva una reducci\u00f3n significativa de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y de la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la industria se han utilizado numerosos m\u00e9todos y t\u00e9cnicas para desgasificar el aluminio fundido. Por ejemplo, gaseosos y s\u00f3lidos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/fluxes\/\">flujos<\/a> son mezclas de cloruros y sales de fluoruro que pueden utilizarse para eliminar el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto del aluminio y sus aleaciones mediante reacciones qu\u00edmicas. La eliminaci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo del hidr\u00f3geno del aluminio fundido se basa en la relaci\u00f3n de equilibrio entre el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto y la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en la atm\u00f3sfera circundante.
