Una vez completada la alimentaci\u00f3n, comienza la fusi\u00f3n. Durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n, es necesario garantizar que esta sea r\u00e1pida y uniforme, y que la temperatura cerca de la llama sea elevada, alcanzando m\u00e1s de 1200 \u2103. Para evitar el sobrecalentamiento local y una temperatura excesiva, ya que la oxidaci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio causar\u00eda graves inconvenientes en el posterior refinado del producto, se debe realizar una agitaci\u00f3n y la carga del horno que no se haya fundido debe introducirse en el aluminio l\u00edquido, de modo que casi toda quede sumergida en la agitaci\u00f3n para evitar el sobrecalentamiento local. Para la inmersi\u00f3n final del magnesio y otros elementos, la llama no puede calentar y fundir directamente; dado que el aluminio l\u00edquido est\u00e1 sumergido en la materia prima, la temperatura se reduce, y el magnesio y otros elementos se funden a una temperatura relativamente baja, lo que reduce la p\u00e9rdida por combusti\u00f3n y mejora la eficiencia de la misma.<\/p>\n<h2>Fusi\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio<\/h2>\n<p>La aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio comienza a fundirse a unos 600 \u2103 y se funde por completo cuando se calienta a 660 \u2103. La temperatura de fusi\u00f3n no debe superar los 760 \u2103. Cuando la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n supera los 770 \u2103, la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio se oxida gravemente, aumenta la absorci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno y la inclusi\u00f3n de escoria durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n, y aparecen granos gruesos durante el proceso de fundici\u00f3n y solidificaci\u00f3n, lo que reduce las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas. Para reducir la oxidaci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n, se a\u00f1ade entre 0,41 TP3T y 0,51 TP3T de agente de recubrimiento durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n, con el fin de proteger la pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido de aluminio y evitar que se da\u00f1e. Una vez fundido el lingote de aluminio, se a\u00f1aden materias primas con puntos de fusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s elevados, como el elemento Si y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/aluminum-alloy-additives\/\">Agente de Ti<\/a> se a\u00f1aden. El Ti forma n\u00facleos cristalinos heterog\u00e9neos en la aleaci\u00f3n, lo que contribuye a refinar la estructura y a introducirla en el ba\u00f1o de aluminio fundido para reducir la p\u00e9rdida por combusti\u00f3n. Una vez que el lingote de aluminio se ha fundido pr\u00e1cticamente por completo, se a\u00f1aden elementos de aleaci\u00f3n como el Mg y el Cu, que se queman con facilidad. No deben a\u00f1adirse demasiado pronto, para reducir la p\u00e9rdida por combusti\u00f3n, ni demasiado tarde, ya que esto afecta a la difusi\u00f3n y provoca segregaci\u00f3n. Cierre la puerta del horno y contin\u00fae con la fundici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez finalizada la fundici\u00f3n, se acumula una gran cantidad de escoria en la superficie de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio, compuesta principalmente por Al\u2082O\u2083 y otras inclusiones de \u00f3xidos. Estas inclusiones finas son m\u00e1s pesadas que el aluminio l\u00edquido, pero tras su agregaci\u00f3n y aglomeraci\u00f3n, su densidad espec\u00edfica es menor y flotan en la superficie. Por ello, es necesario eliminar la escoria. Se a\u00f1ade la dosis de agente de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria seg\u00fan 0,21 TP3T\uff5e0,51 TP3T, se esparce uniformemente sobre la superficie del aluminio l\u00edquido y se realiza una agitaci\u00f3n superficial y uniforme. Coloque la escoria en la puerta del horno, ci\u00e9rrela y d\u00e9jela reposar; por un lado, el agente de limpieza de escoria tiene un efecto calor\u00edfico que puede fundir el aluminio l\u00edquido adherido a la escoria; por otro lado, puede separar eficazmente la escoria del aluminio l\u00edquido, lo que favorece la separaci\u00f3n de la escoria de aluminio; tras dejar reposar unos minutos, retire con cuidado la escoria de aluminio por la puerta del horno. La fusi\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio es un proceso muy complejo. Debido a la p\u00e9rdida por combusti\u00f3n variable de los distintos elementos, una vez retirada la escoria, es necesario tomar una muestra del aluminio l\u00edquido para realizar an\u00e1lisis f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos y garantizar que cada elemento se sit\u00fae dentro de los l\u00edmites de calidad establecidos.
