El calentador debe precalentarse siguiendo los tiempos de la curva de calentamiento la primera vez que se utilice el sistema CFF, tras un periodo prolongado de inactividad y antes de llenarlo con metal fundido. El objetivo es eliminar cualquier rastro de humedad presente en la caja del filtro y evitar la solidificaci\u00f3n del aluminio l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n

Precalienta el sistema CFF. Cuando el filtro a\u00fan est\u00e9 caliente, una vez que el filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a> Aunque se sustituya, debe precalentarse igualmente. El objetivo es que el precalentamiento del filtro sea uniforme y suficiente para garantizar el llenado completo del metal. \"Sistema<\/p>\n

Debido a su comodidad, su buena eficacia de filtraci\u00f3n y su bajo precio, el filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica se utiliza ampliamente en todo el mundo. En los pa\u00edses desarrollados, el 50% de las fundiciones de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio se filtra mediante placas filtrantes de espuma cer\u00e1mica, que suelen tener un grosor de 50 m, una longitud y una anchura de entre 200 y 600 mm, y una porosidad de entre el 80% y el 90%. No requiere una altura de presi\u00f3n muy elevada durante el filtrado. Tras los primeros 100-150 m, solo se necesitan entre 2 y 10 m para lograr un buen filtrado, y su precio es bajo.
