{"id":4703,"date":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","date_gmt":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4703"},"modified":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","slug":"foundry-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/foundry-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundente para fundici\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La capacidad de eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias del fundente en la fundici\u00f3n viene determinada por la adsorci\u00f3n y la disoluci\u00f3n de las inclusiones de \u00f3xido en la masa fundida, as\u00ed como por la interacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica entre el fundente y la masa fundida.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados muestran que las inclusiones de \u00f3xido no son humectadas por el aluminio fundido y que la tensi\u00f3n interfacial entre ambos es elevada, mientras que el fundente s\u00ed humecta las inclusiones de \u00f3xido y la tensi\u00f3n interfacial entre ambos es baja. La energ\u00eda libre superficial del sistema puede reducirse una vez que el fundente adsorbe las inclusiones de \u00f3xido en la masa fundida. Por lo tanto, el fundente de fundici\u00f3n tiene la capacidad de absorber autom\u00e1ticamente las inclusiones de \u00f3xido, es decir, la propiedad refinadora del fundente de fundici\u00f3n. Esta adsorci\u00f3n es la raz\u00f3n principal de la eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias por el fundente. Obviamente, cuanto menor sea la tensi\u00f3n interfacial entre el fundente y las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas, y cuanto mayor sea la tensi\u00f3n interfacial entre el fundente y el aluminio fundido y entre el aluminio fundido y las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas, mejor ser\u00e1 la adsorci\u00f3n del fundente y m\u00e1s intenso ser\u00e1 el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias.<\/p>\n<p>La disoluci\u00f3n de los \u00f3xidos por los fundentes viene determinada por la naturaleza de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/fluxes\/\">flujos<\/a>. Por lo general, cuando la estructura molecular del fundente es similar a la de algunos \u00f3xidos, puede ser miscible a una temperatura determinada. Al mismo tiempo, la burbuja tambi\u00e9n cumple la funci\u00f3n de eliminar las escorias por flotaci\u00f3n.
