En el caso de los lingotes a gran escala de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio y magnesio AA5182, la eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en el horno se realiza principalmente mediante disolventes, mientras que la eliminaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea fuera del horno se lleva a cabo principalmente mediante un sistema de desgasificaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea. Mediante la rotaci\u00f3n del rotor de grafito, el gas inerte penetra en el aluminio l\u00edquido a trav\u00e9s del rotor; adem\u00e1s, la rotaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido agita y rompe las burbujas, lo que mejora la eficiencia de la eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo de refinado del aluminio en el horno consiste en a\u00f1adir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-flux\/\">fundente de refinado<\/a> a la superficie del aluminio fundido en el horno de mantenimiento, e inyectando gas inerte en el aluminio fundido. El gas inerte es principalmente arg\u00f3n (Ar). Aunque el nitr\u00f3geno (N\u2082) tambi\u00e9n puede tener cierto efecto refinador, dado que el N\u2082 y el aluminio l\u00edquido a alta temperatura pueden producir reacciones qu\u00edmicas que dan lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de nitruros, la pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido de aluminio presente en la superficie del l\u00edquido se destruye, lo que reduce el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno. Especialmente cuando la temperatura del aluminio fundido alcanza los 780 \u00b0C o m\u00e1s, la reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica se hace m\u00e1s evidente. Por lo tanto, en el caso de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio y magnesio, el gas inerte utilizado para la eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno es principalmente arg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/online-degassing-system\/\">sistema de desgasificaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea<\/a>, el rotor de grafito gira y se roc\u00eda con gas inerte para introducir arg\u00f3n en su interior; a continuaci\u00f3n, el rotor de grafito se sumerge en el aluminio fundido y gira mientras agita y tritura las burbujas de arg\u00f3n rociadas. Durante el proceso de flotaci\u00f3n de las burbujas, el hidr\u00f3geno presente en el aluminio fundido es absorbido por las burbujas debido a la diferencia de presi\u00f3n parcial del hidr\u00f3geno entre el interior y el exterior de las mismas, y se elimina a medida que las burbujas flotan hacia la superficie del aluminio fundido. En cuanto a los metales alcalinos contenidos en el aluminio fundido, para eliminarlos al mismo tiempo, se mezcla una determinada proporci\u00f3n de Cl\u2082 y Ar y se introduce en el aluminio fundido. Cuando se funde la aleaci\u00f3n de Al-Mg a gran escala AA5182, el caudal del aluminio fundido alcanza las 40 t\/h. Por otro lado, durante el proceso de dise\u00f1o del dep\u00f3sito de refinado, se ha dotado a la pared interior de este de un \u00e1ngulo de inclinaci\u00f3n mayor. A medida que aumenta el nivel del aluminio l\u00edquido en el tanque de refinado, la secci\u00f3n transversal del tanque aumenta proporcionalmente, lo que permite que interact\u00fae con las burbujas de gas inerte. El grado de expansi\u00f3n se ajusta de forma que se evite que las burbujas se fusionen y se mejore el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso de refinado a gran escala de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio y magnesio AA5182, tanto si se trata de la eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno dentro del horno como fuera de \u00e9l, se utiliza gas inerte, como N\u2082 o Ar. Al mismo tiempo, para eliminar el Na del aluminio l\u00edquido, se requiere una peque\u00f1a cantidad de Cl\u2082 para lograr el efecto de refinado. Dado que el proceso de refinado del C2 incluye tanto el refinado f\u00edsico como el qu\u00edmico, el Cl\u2082 puede secar las inclusiones presentes en el aluminio l\u00edquido, lo que facilita su separaci\u00f3n del aluminio l\u00edquido y favorece la posterior eliminaci\u00f3n de las mismas. El efecto de refinado es \u00f3ptimo. Sin embargo, dado que el Cl\u2082 es muy t\u00f3xico, perjudicial para la salud humana, deteriora el medio ambiente y tiene un fuerte efecto corrosivo sobre los equipos de refinado, las herramientas, los talleres y otros equipos, por lo que actualmente casi no es necesario utilizar Cl\u2082 puro para refinar el aluminio l\u00edquido, sino una determinada proporci\u00f3n de Cl\u2082 mezclado con gases refinados, como el arg\u00f3n (Ar), para mejorar el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aluminum refining process includes two aspects: removing hydrogen inside the furnace and on-line degassing outside the furnace.
