{"id":4906,"date":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","date_gmt":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4906"},"modified":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","modified_gmt":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","slug":"filtration-efficiency-of-cff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/filtration-efficiency-of-cff\/","title":{"rendered":"Eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n del CFF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mejorar la eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n del filtro CFF: por un lado, mejorando la tensi\u00f3n interfacial entre la masa fundida y el sustrato mediante un recubrimiento superficial y un tratamiento de rugosidad superficial, con el fin de aumentar la capacidad de adsorci\u00f3n del filtro respecto a inclusiones espec\u00edficas y reducir la presi\u00f3n inicial del filtro; la otra consiste en aumentar el tama\u00f1o de los macroporos (PPI); al incrementar los microporos de la propia matriz, se obtiene un filtro compuesto poroso que combina macroporos, mesoporos y microporos.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las masas fundidas con part\u00edculas mixtas, para evitar que las part\u00edculas de mayor tama\u00f1o se acumulen en la torta de filtraci\u00f3n y obstruyan los poros prematuramente, se puede desarrollar un filtro con distribuci\u00f3n combinada y gradiente de poros. Por ejemplo, se pueden combinar el m\u00e9todo de inmersi\u00f3n de precursores org\u00e1nicos y el proceso sol-gel para determinar el tama\u00f1o de los poros del filtro. El rango de distribuci\u00f3n puede alcanzar valores de 0,02 a 3 mm, la resistencia se puede aumentar entre 2 y 3 veces, y se pueden filtrar las inclusiones inferiores a 5 \u03bcm. Otro ejemplo es la congelaci\u00f3n unidireccional de una suspensi\u00f3n cer\u00e1mica a base de agua mediante el m\u00e9todo de liofilizaci\u00f3n, y la sublimaci\u00f3n del hielo en condiciones de vac\u00edo y baja presi\u00f3n para formar un ligante poroso, lo cual resulta econ\u00f3mico y respetuoso con el medio ambiente. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden aplicar m\u00e9todos como el de formaci\u00f3n de poros, el de poros de fibra, el de poros por corrosi\u00f3n por radiaci\u00f3n, el de curado in situ de la suspensi\u00f3n mediante espumado, el de deposici\u00f3n por infiltraci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de vapor, la pir\u00f3lisis de espuma org\u00e1nica para generar una suspensi\u00f3n de recubrimiento con esqueleto de carbono, etc. La combinaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo de impregnaci\u00f3n con espuma permite obtener un filtro de alto rendimiento con una porosidad optimizada, mejorando as\u00ed la eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n del filtro CFF y su actividad filtrante.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4907\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Efficiency-of-CFF-1.jpg\" alt=\"Eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n del CFF\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Efficiency-of-CFF-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Efficiency-of-CFF-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/cff-filter\/\">Filtro CFF<\/a> No solo es capaz de eliminar las inclusiones f\u00edsicas mediante la interceptaci\u00f3n y la adsorci\u00f3n superficiales, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene un efecto purificador del disolvente. Adem\u00e1s de los microporos de la matriz, puede actuar como tamiz molecular para eliminar compuestos intermet\u00e1licos. Tambi\u00e9n permite el paso de los aditivos presentes en el material de la matriz.
