En cuanto a la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de metales, existen principalmente los siguientes puntos de vista: el mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n por tamiz, torta y lecho profundo; el mecanismo de separaci\u00f3n por flotaci\u00f3n; el mecanismo de adsorci\u00f3n y el mecanismo de rectificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n por cribado, torta de filtro y lecho profundo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a> Separa las inclusiones del material fundido mediante tres mecanismos: cribado, capa de torta y filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo.<\/p>\n<p>1. Filtraci\u00f3n. Siguiendo el mecanismo tradicional de filtraci\u00f3n de la malla de fibra de vidrio, al igual que un tamiz, impide el paso de part\u00edculas y sus aglomerados cuyo tama\u00f1o sea mayor que el tama\u00f1o de los poros de la superficie del filtro.<\/p>\n<p>2. Torta de filtraci\u00f3n. Tras el cribado, muchas impurezas de tama\u00f1o superior al de los poros del filtro quedan retenidas en la entrada del mismo. A medida que aumenta el n\u00famero de impurezas retenidas, se forma una \u201ctorta de filtraci\u00f3n\u201d compuesta por impurezas de gran tama\u00f1o en la superficie del extremo de entrada del filtro. La \u201ctorta de filtraci\u00f3n\u201d diluye el l\u00edquido, de modo que las impurezas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que el tama\u00f1o de los poros del filtro tambi\u00e9n quedan parcialmente retenidas en la \u201ctorta de filtraci\u00f3n\u201d. El tamizado y la filtraci\u00f3n por torta son dos etapas de un mismo proceso. La duraci\u00f3n de este proceso depende de la cantidad de impurezas presentes en la masa fundida y del tama\u00f1o de los poros del filtro.<\/p>\n<p>3. Filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo. En el interior del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica, el recorrido que sigue el material fundido es sinuoso, e incluso se produce una inversi\u00f3n del flujo transversal en una peque\u00f1a zona local.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4931\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism.jpg\" alt=\"Mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de separaci\u00f3n por flotaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tras dise\u00f1ar y colocar correctamente el filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica en el sistema de colada, aumenta la resistencia al flujo del metal fundido, y este llena por completo el sistema de colada, lo que permite aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la funci\u00f3n de bloqueo de escorias de dicho sistema. Al mismo tiempo, el flujo de metal l\u00edquido inyectado desde el canal de colada es estrangulado por el filtro, y el metal fundido permanece en el canal de colada durante un breve periodo de tiempo, lo que permite que la escoria, al tener una baja densidad, flote y se separe, lo que aporta las ventajas del sistema de colada por inyecci\u00f3n inferior. Cuando el metal fundido contin\u00faa verti\u00e9ndose a trav\u00e9s del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica, la escoria con baja densidad superficial flota hacia arriba y, por otra parte, se reducen o eliminan eficazmente las corrientes par\u00e1sitas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de adsorci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El filtro se coloca en el canal transversal o en el canal interior de la cavidad, y cuando la primera corriente de l\u00edquido alcanza la superficie del extremo de entrada del filtro durante el vertido, se produce el fen\u00f3meno de adsorci\u00f3n entre la corriente de l\u00edquido y la estructura de malla de espuma. Este tipo de adsorci\u00f3n se basa principalmente en la adsorci\u00f3n f\u00edsica multicapa no selectiva, y las inclusiones se adsorben capa por capa en el marco del filtro hasta que este queda obstruido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de rectificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las tres teor\u00edas anteriores sobre los mecanismos de filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n no pueden explicar algunos fen\u00f3menos, como la filtraci\u00f3n mediante malla met\u00e1lica. El principio de purificaci\u00f3n se explica generalmente como interceptaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica (cribado), pero al verter acero fundido y hierro fundido sobre la malla de alambre de molibdeno y la malla de acero inoxidable, el metal... El experimento, en el que el l\u00edquido atraves\u00f3 completamente la malla filtrante, revel\u00f3 que no hab\u00eda inclusiones interceptadas por la m\u00e1quina en la malla filtrante.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4932\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2.jpg\" alt=\"Mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El enorme efecto purificador que se consigue al filtrar y purificar metales mediante filtros nos anima a estudiar el mecanismo de purificaci\u00f3n a partir del patr\u00f3n de flujo del metal fundido. Durante el proceso de colada, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, el metal fundido se vierte en la cavidad en estado turbulento; especialmente en la fase inicial de la colada, el metal fundido entra en la cavidad desde una cierta altura.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis experimental basado en los principios de la mec\u00e1nica de fluidos, debido a los giros y curvas del canal de flujo del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica, su capacidad para rectificar el flujo del metal l\u00edquido, pasando de un flujo turbulento a uno laminar, es muy elevada.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la rectificaci\u00f3n del filtro, el metal fundido, que inicialmente presentaba un fuerte flujo turbulento, pasa a ser laminar al atravesar el filtro. Una vez que ha atravesado el filtro, debe recorrer una zona de transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s larga para recuperar su estado turbulento original. En esta zona de transici\u00f3n, el flujo del l\u00edquido llega demasiado tarde para desarrollar turbulencias o, en todo caso, estas son de menor intensidad, lo que evita la oxidaci\u00f3n secundaria del metal.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ceramic foam filter can effectively trap liquid metal inclusions and purify molten metal.
