Las franjas de segregaci\u00f3n en la superficie de la chapa laminada en caliente presentan la forma de bandas que se extienden a lo largo de toda la longitud de la banda; las zonas de segregaci\u00f3n son poco reflectantes y m\u00e1s oscuras, y se vuelven negras tras ser grabadas con \u00e1cido de alta concentraci\u00f3n. Del an\u00e1lisis de la estructura y la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica se desprende que la segregaci\u00f3n superficial de la chapa laminada en caliente y el \u00abtumor\u00bb de segregaci\u00f3n en la superficie del lingote de colada continua son lo mismo, es decir, un fen\u00f3meno antisegregaci\u00f3n. Este fundido local entra primero en contacto con la superficie del rodillo de laminaci\u00f3n en caliente para formar una capa condensada, el calor de los fundidos de ambos lados sigue precipitando desde aqu\u00ed, y los granos cristalinos a ambos lados de la zona cortical crecen gradualmente y se extienden hacia el fundido caliente de ambos lados, hasta que los fundidos de ambos lados y la superficie del rodillo de colada entran en contacto, form\u00e1ndose as\u00ed la estructura normal.<\/p>\n

Una vez que aparecen las vetas de segregaci\u00f3n en alg\u00fan punto del proceso de fundici\u00f3n-laminaci\u00f3n, estas contin\u00faan hasta el final del mismo, sin interrupci\u00f3n alguna en el medio, y su posici\u00f3n no var\u00eda. No es dif\u00edcil deducir que las vetas de segregaci\u00f3n en la superficie de la chapa fundida y laminada est\u00e1n relacionadas con la estructura especial de los bordes de fundici\u00f3n, y que esta estructura especial se produce durante el uso de dichos bordes. Esto solo es posible cuando esta parte de la boca del labio de colada se desprende por alguna raz\u00f3n durante su uso, por ejemplo, cuando la temperatura es demasiado baja o la velocidad de colada es demasiado lenta; una parte determinada de la chapa laminada en caliente puede adherirse a la boca del labio de colada, o bien pueden introducirse virutas de aluminio y objetos extra\u00f1os con la rotaci\u00f3n del rodillo, lo que provoca que la boca del labio de colada se desprenda. Este tipo de defecto en forma de raya no puede eliminarse debido al proceso de producci\u00f3n de colada-laminaci\u00f3n y al posprocesamiento de laminaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo, por lo que solo queda detener la l\u00ednea y volver a ponerla en marcha.<\/p>\n

\"Rayas<\/p>\n

Medidas para el tratamiento de las franjas de segregaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Ten cuidado cuando el punta y boquilla del rodillo<\/a> durante su procesamiento, instalaci\u00f3n y uso.<\/p>\n

(2) Aumentar adecuadamente la temperatura de la caja delantera; adem\u00e1s, la velocidad de fundici\u00f3n y laminado no debe ser demasiado baja para evitar que se da\u00f1en las puntas de fundici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

(3) Controlar la separaci\u00f3n entre el labio de colada y el rodillo, as\u00ed como el nivel de l\u00edquido en la caja delantera, para evitar que el aluminio fundido y el labio de colada se adhieran debido al aumento del nivel de l\u00edquido, y que el labio de colada resulte da\u00f1ado al salir la banda durante el proceso de laminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
