En el proceso de laminaci\u00f3n en caliente, las rayas longitudinales que aparecen en la superficie de la banda laminada en caliente son uno de los factores clave que afectan a la calidad superficial de la l\u00e1mina de aluminio acabada. Las pruebas han demostrado que, al aumentar adecuadamente la temperatura de colada del laminado por colada, la altura del nivel de l\u00edquido en la caja delantera, el tama\u00f1o del espacio entre el rodillo de la boquilla y la estructura de distribuci\u00f3n en el interior de la boquilla, se pueden reducir eficazmente las rayas longitudinales en la superficie de la banda laminada por colada y obtener un laminado por colada de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se monta la losa, la temperatura de vertido en el proceso de colada continua es demasiado baja, y el metal l\u00edquido fluye lentamente en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/nozzle-cavity\/\">cavidad de la boquilla<\/a> y no puede pasar r\u00e1pidamente por la presa de estrangulamiento situada en la cavidad bucal. Esto provocar\u00e1 que el metal se solidifique en la cavidad bucal y que el canal de subida falle.<\/p>\n<p>Al colocar la losa en posici\u00f3n vertical, la temperatura de vertido es baja, el metal l\u00edquido presenta una fluidez deficiente en la cavidad de la boquilla y la distribuci\u00f3n de la temperatura del metal es desigual, lo que provoca que los elementos Fe, Si, Ti y otros presentes en el metal fundido produzcan una segregaci\u00f3n superficial de la composici\u00f3n durante la cristalizaci\u00f3n. El contenido de los elementos Fe y Si en la zona de segregaci\u00f3n aumenta significativamente, mientras que el contenido del elemento Ti se reduce de forma notable. Esta segregaci\u00f3n superficial da lugar a rayas estructurales. Pueden aparecer en las superficies superior e inferior de la banda laminada en caliente, y aunque su posici\u00f3n y anchura no son fijas, existen reglas evidentes: una vez que aparecen, lo hacen en la misma posici\u00f3n de forma ininterrumpida y contin\u00faan durante varias bobinas hasta que se retira la boca de colada. Adem\u00e1s, debido a que la temperatura de colada es baja, se forman f\u00e1cilmente escorias muy peque\u00f1as en la cavidad de la boca durante el proceso de eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias, lo que altera las condiciones de solidificaci\u00f3n del metal. Cuando el metal l\u00edquido se solidifica en este punto, tambi\u00e9n se produce una composici\u00f3n desigual, lo que da lugar a que los componentes se segreguen en la superficie y formen rayas estructurales. Esto se debe a que se forma una escoria muy peque\u00f1a en la cavidad de la boca, creando una ranura en la superficie de la chapa laminada en caliente reci\u00e9n cristalizada. Tras la deformaci\u00f3n por laminaci\u00f3n, los metales de ambos lados se fusionan, pero no llegan a soldarse, formando as\u00ed unas rayas rectas. Dado que se producen durante el proceso de fundici\u00f3n, no pueden eliminarse mediante la laminaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo ni durante la producci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas, y acabar\u00e1n reflej\u00e1ndose como l\u00edneas oscuras y rayas longitudinales en la producci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5020\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cuando se realiza el colado de la losa, la temperatura de vertido es m\u00e1s alta y la fluidez del metal aumenta, de modo que el metal atraviesa con mayor facilidad la barrera de estrangulamiento situada en la cavidad de la boquilla; el campo de temperaturas en toda la cavidad de la boca resulta m\u00e1s uniforme, la estructura cristalina es homog\u00e9nea y la segregaci\u00f3n superficial es menor, y no es f\u00e1cil que se formen peque\u00f1os residuos de escoria en la cavidad de la boca, por lo que hay pocas rayas de organizaci\u00f3n y rayas longitudinales en la superficie de la chapa laminada en caliente. Una vez que la plancha vertical ha salido de la m\u00e1quina, si no presenta rayas de estructura ni rayas longitudinales, en todo el proceso de producci\u00f3n, siempre que los par\u00e1metros del proceso se ajusten adecuadamente, no volver\u00e1n a aparecer rayas de estructura ni rayas longitudinales. Por lo tanto, una vez que la plancha vertical se haya fabricado con \u00e9xito, la temperatura de colada puede reducirse adecuadamente a 695 \u2103 ~ 705 \u2103, con el fin de evitar que otros residuos afecten a la calidad de la chapa fundida y laminada durante la producci\u00f3n normal de colada y laminaci\u00f3n y, al mismo tiempo, permite aumentar la velocidad de colada y laminaci\u00f3n y incrementar la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si la temperatura de colada en el proceso de fundici\u00f3n-laminaci\u00f3n es demasiado alta, la masa fundida tiende a aspirar aire y a formar escoria, lo que provoca la aparici\u00f3n de poros de aire e inclusiones de escoria durante la fundici\u00f3n y la laminaci\u00f3n. Y tras el \u00e9xito de la placa vertical, aparecer\u00e1n defectos como granos gruesos y placas pegajosas, pero llevar\u00e1 mucho tiempo reducir la temperatura de colada a entre 695 \u00b0C y 705 \u00b0C, y se generar\u00e1n algunos residuos del proceso. En general, no se recomienda que la temperatura de colada sea demasiado alta.
