{"id":4999,"date":"2020-09-24T02:14:36","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T02:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4999"},"modified":"2020-10-16T01:47:11","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T01:47:11","slug":"metal-transfer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/metal-transfer\/","title":{"rendered":"Transferencia de metal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la mayor\u00eda de los procesos con metal fundido, la transferencia del metal es una etapa fundamental, ya que influye en la calidad del metal, la productividad, el volumen de residuos y la seguridad general.<\/p>\n<p>La transferencia de metal fundido puede producirse al verter desde las cucharas de colada, al realizar trasvases entre hornos, al transportar por las l\u00edneas de colada y al llenar lingotes y l\u00edneas de moldes maestros.<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de mejorar el rendimiento general y la fiabilidad del trasvase de metal, Adtech ofrece un canal de trasvase de metal fundido mejorado, que aumentar\u00e1 la calidad del metal gracias al flujo est\u00e1tico, mejorar\u00e1 el control del flujo, generar\u00e1 mayor empuje, reducir\u00e1 el tiempo de trasvase, reducir\u00e1 los costes y los residuos, y mejorar\u00e1 la seguridad del operario.<\/p>\n<p>El flujo est\u00e1tico mejora la calidad del metal, elimina las fluctuaciones generadas por el proceso posterior y garantiza la integridad de la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\"> filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a> \/ proceso de desgasificaci\u00f3n.
