La interacci\u00f3n en la interfaz superficial entre las inclusiones y la filtraci\u00f3n en la masa fundida a alta temperatura es muy compleja, y resulta dif\u00edcil observar el proceso de flujo de la masa fundida en el filtro, aunque se han propuesto las tortas de filtraci\u00f3n. Existen teor\u00edas relevantes, como el efecto de interceptaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica, la adsorci\u00f3n en lecho profundo y la espuma rectificadora, pero hasta la fecha a\u00fan no se ha llegado a un consenso unificado al respecto. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/aluminium-liquid-filtration\/\">Filtraci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido<\/a> No se trata de un \u00fanico proceso de filtraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, sino que, en determinadas condiciones, las part\u00edculas y los filtros interact\u00faan a trav\u00e9s de la colisi\u00f3n, la interceptaci\u00f3n, la deposici\u00f3n, la difusi\u00f3n, las fluctuaciones del flujo y las reacciones qu\u00edmicas, entre otros, lo que da lugar a un acoplamiento multifactorial basado en un mecanismo concreto. Entre estos factores se incluyen: los par\u00e1metros del filtro (tama\u00f1o y distribuci\u00f3n de los poros, densidad del filtro (ppi), tama\u00f1o, forma, porosidad, tortuosidad de los canales y material del medio filtrante) y los par\u00e1metros de las impurezas (tama\u00f1o, cantidad, concentraci\u00f3n y naturaleza de las inclusiones), los par\u00e1metros de fusi\u00f3n (temperatura, tiempo, caudal, viscosidad, densidad, volumen de filtraci\u00f3n, altura de presi\u00f3n y tipo de aleaci\u00f3n), el uso de un refinador, la velocidad de filtraci\u00f3n, el tratamiento previo, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>El estudio sobre el mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n analiza principalmente la influencia de diversos par\u00e1metros en el comportamiento de la filtraci\u00f3n y la retenci\u00f3n de la masa fundida desde las perspectivas de la termodin\u00e1mica, la cin\u00e9tica y la mec\u00e1nica de fluidos. El modelo de transferencia de masa en el campo de flujo de las inclusiones del medio filtrante de la masa fundida permite predecir y optimizar el proceso de filtraci\u00f3n real y la eficiencia de la misma. En este sentido, investigadores de diversos pa\u00edses han llevado a cabo estudios desde m\u00faltiples perspectivas mediante el desarrollo de modelos y ensayos industriales para diferentes m\u00e9todos de filtraci\u00f3n, y han obtenido numerosos resultados positivos.<\/p>\n<p>A principios de la d\u00e9cada de 1980, se resumieron dos tipos de mecanismos de filtraci\u00f3n: la filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo y la filtraci\u00f3n por torta de filtro. El sistema de modelos matem\u00e1ticos se utiliza para describir el mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n a corto plazo y la eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n de diversas variables de filtraci\u00f3n para las part\u00edculas de TiB\u2082 en el aluminio fundido. Se presenta la relaci\u00f3n entre los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos \u2014tama\u00f1o del medio filtrante, tama\u00f1o de las inclusiones y caudal de la masa fundida\u2014 y se lleva a cabo la verificaci\u00f3n mediante simulaci\u00f3n experimental.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5051\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism.jpg\" alt=\"Estudio sobre el mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, la adsorci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica entre el filtro y las inclusiones es tambi\u00e9n uno de los mecanismos de retenci\u00f3n en la superficie del filtro. Los canales del filtro son relativamente peque\u00f1os y el metal fundido tiene una superficie de contacto suficiente con la pared interior del filtro. Las inclusiones se acercan a la superficie de la pared impulsadas por el flujo del l\u00edquido y, por lo general, no se produce infiltraci\u00f3n entre las inclusiones y el metal fundido; de hecho, cuanto menor es el tama\u00f1o de las inclusiones, peor es la humectabilidad, por lo que, una vez que las inclusiones entran en contacto con la superficie del medio filtrante, que presenta una humectabilidad relativa mejor, es f\u00e1cil que se separen del metal fundido y sean adsorbidas por dicha superficie.<\/p>\n<p>El efecto de rectificaci\u00f3n es tambi\u00e9n uno de los mecanismos f\u00edsicos de la filtraci\u00f3n. La capacidad de rectificaci\u00f3n del filtro (malla) hace que el flujo turbulento del metal fundido que atraviesa el filtro (malla) pase a un estado de flujo laminar. Una vez que el metal fundido ha atravesado el filtro, debe recorrer una zona de transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s larga para recuperar el estado turbulento, lo que reduce la oxidaci\u00f3n secundaria del metal fundido y la erosi\u00f3n del molde, y desempe\u00f1a un papel evidente en la eliminaci\u00f3n de la espuma.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The study on filtration mechanism is the basis for the development and application of any kind of filtration technology.
