{"id":5074,"date":"2020-09-25T06:26:59","date_gmt":"2020-09-25T06:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=5074"},"modified":"2020-09-25T06:26:59","modified_gmt":"2020-09-25T06:26:59","slug":"purification-mechanism-on-aluminum-melt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/purification-mechanism-on-aluminum-melt\/","title":{"rendered":"Mecanismo de purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mecanismo de purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido: se aprovecha la diferencia entre la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en el gas inerte de alta pureza y la presi\u00f3n parcial de hidr\u00f3geno en el aluminio l\u00edquido. Mediante la difusi\u00f3n, los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno se difunden hacia las burbujas de gas inerte para formar mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno y, al ascender con las burbujas, salen del aluminio fundido, con lo que se logra eliminar el hidr\u00f3geno. Durante el proceso de ascenso de las burbujas de gas inerte, gracias al principio de adsorci\u00f3n por tensi\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se pueden adsorber algunas part\u00edculas peque\u00f1as de inclusiones no met\u00e1licas, con lo que se consigue eliminar las impurezas.<\/p>\n<p>La eficacia de la desgasificaci\u00f3n con gas inerte y la formaci\u00f3n de escoria est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con la superficie de contacto entre las burbujas y el aluminio fundido. Cuanto mayor sea la superficie de contacto, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de escoria. A volumen de gas constante, cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as sean las burbujas, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El mecanismo de purificaci\u00f3n con gas mixto en el aluminio fundido consiste en a\u00f1adir una determinada cantidad de cloro al gas inerte para mejorar la eficiencia de la purificaci\u00f3n. El cloro en s\u00ed mismo es insoluble en la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio fundida, pero puede reaccionar qu\u00edmicamente con el exceso de aluminio l\u00edquido para generar gas AlCl\u2083. Durante el proceso de flotaci\u00f3n, al igual que ocurre con el mecanismo de eliminaci\u00f3n de gases inertes, se consigue el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n de gases y de escorias. El AlCl\u2083 tambi\u00e9n tiene un buen efecto sobre las escorias. Otra funci\u00f3n del refinado con cloro es eliminar los metales alcalinos y alcalinot\u00e9rreos. En el caso de las varillas de aluminio-magnesio-silicio, no se recomienda su uso; incluso si fuera necesario utilizar una mezcla de gases con cloro para el refinado, el contenido de cloro en la mezcla no deber\u00eda superar el 1%.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5129\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Purification-Mechanism-on-Aluminum-Melt-1.jpg\" alt=\"Mecanismo de purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Purification-Mechanism-on-Aluminum-Melt-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Purification-Mechanism-on-Aluminum-Melt-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo de purificaci\u00f3n del agente de refinado utiliza el cloruro o fluoruro gaseoso generado por el compuesto presente en el agente de refinado a alta temperatura, como el hexacloroetano, el cloruro de sodio, el cloruro de potasio y otros compuestos que, al descomponerse a alta temperatura, liberan cloro, el fluorosilicato de sodio generado a alta temperatura y el tetrafluoruro de silicio, entre otros, lo que permite lograr la desgasificaci\u00f3n y la eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias durante el proceso de flotaci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo, los compuestos presentes en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-agent\/\">agente refinador<\/a> y las inclusiones oxidadas presentes en la masa fundida pueden adsorberse o disolverse. La criolita presente en el agente de refinado puede disolver la al\u00famina para lograr la separaci\u00f3n del aluminio de la escoria.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purification
