En este canal aislante se instalan dispositivos de desgasificaci\u00f3n y filtrado en l\u00ednea para purificar el aluminio fundido. Cuando el aluminio fundido atraviesa el sistema de canales, absorbe hidr\u00f3geno en mayor o menor medida al entrar en contacto con la humedad del aire. Cuando el aluminio fundido entra en contacto con la humedad, el hidr\u00f3geno at\u00f3mico es absorbido por la superficie del aluminio l\u00edquido y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se difunde en el metal fundido. El proceso completo de disoluci\u00f3n incluye: adsorci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, adsorci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y difusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan las caracter\u00edsticas de la absorci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de transferencia de metal<\/a>, se ha realizado una prueba comparativa entre dos canales de colada: uno corresponde a la producci\u00f3n de un canal abierto convencional, en el que el aluminio fundido est\u00e1 en contacto directo con el entorno y la protecci\u00f3n del metal fundido depende \u00fanicamente de la pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido de la superficie; el otro es un canal mejorado, dise\u00f1ado a partir del canal abierto. La profundidad del canal de colada no var\u00eda. La boca superior del canal de colada se ha reducido en 4 cm, y la anchura de la parte inferior se ha reducido en 2 cm. Adem\u00e1s, se ha aplicado un tratamiento de conservaci\u00f3n del calor al canal de colada. Una vez moldeado e instalado el material de fundici\u00f3n, se a\u00f1ade el material de conservaci\u00f3n del calor al exterior del envoltorio. El objetivo es reducir la disipaci\u00f3n de calor del canal de colada y disminuir el contacto entre el metal fundido y el aire, con el fin de reducir la temperatura del aluminio fundido y su capacidad de absorci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5343\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder.jpg\" alt=\"Canaleta aislante\" width=\"400\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con el canal de colada abierto, el canal de colada mejorado tiene una secci\u00f3n transversal m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a, el metal fundido fluye m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido por \u00e9l y el tiempo de permanencia es m\u00e1s corto. El canal de flujo sellado a\u00edsla el metal fundido de la humedad del aire, evita de forma eficaz la formaci\u00f3n de reactivos entre el aluminio a alta temperatura y la humedad, reduce la concentraci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en la interfaz vapor-l\u00edquido del aluminio fundido y evita eficazmente que el metal fundido absorba hidr\u00f3geno. Tras mejorar el canal de colada, se acorta el tiempo de permanencia del metal fundido en el canal, se reducen la temperatura del sistema y la concentraci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en la interfaz gas-l\u00edquido del aluminio fundido, y se alcanza el objetivo de reducir el contenido de hidr\u00f3geno en el punto de colada.<\/p>\n<p>En la producci\u00f3n real, es necesario controlar la contaminaci\u00f3n secundaria del aluminio fundido desde la salida del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/degassing-unit\/\">unidad de desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/a> hasta el punto de colada. Formas eficaces de controlarlo: en primer lugar, acelerar el caudal del metal fundido en el canal de colada y la caja de filtrado. En segundo lugar, reducir la superficie de contacto entre el aluminio fundido y el aire. En tercer lugar, reducir la humedad del aire. Tomando como ejemplo la caja de filtrado, se debe utilizar una caja con un buen sellado y reducir el tiempo de permanencia del aluminio fundido en su interior.
