El t\u00e9rmino \u00abcanal de transporte\u00bb hace referencia al conjunto de mecanismos que van desde la salida del horno de retenci\u00f3n hasta la parte central del sistema de colada. Incluye un canal de transporte, una caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n, una caja de filtrado, un canal de transporte auxiliar y un sistema de colada.<\/p>\n

El canal de transporte es el conducto por el que fluye el aluminio fundido desde el horno est\u00e1tico hasta la caja frontal. Para evitar la p\u00e9rdida de calor del aluminio fundido, es necesario que el canal de transporte tenga un buen aislamiento t\u00e9rmico. A la hora de garantizar la duraci\u00f3n del proceso, la longitud del canal debe ser lo m\u00e1s corta posible, y lo ideal es que sea herm\u00e9tico. Esto permite evitar que la temperatura del metal fundido descienda en exceso, adem\u00e1s de prevenir la contaminaci\u00f3n secundaria del mismo. Para facilitar el mantenimiento, el canal debe ser m\u00f3vil o desmontable. El canal de colada suele estar formado por una carcasa soldada con chapa de acero, y en su interior se instala una ranura en forma de U fabricada con material aislante t\u00e9rmico y refractario. Para mantener la temperatura del aluminio fundido, se puede utilizar un cable resistivo de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico o un dispositivo de calentamiento con varillas de carburo de silicio en el canal de colada<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Canal<\/p>\n

El canal de colada es uno de los equipos b\u00e1sicos para la fundici\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio. Su funci\u00f3n principal es conducir el aluminio fundido desde el horno de mezcla hasta la m\u00e1quina de colada. En la zona de trabajo, el canal de colada sol\u00eda fabricarse con materiales refractarios tradicionales para altas temperaturas. Durante su uso, el aluminio tiende a adherirse f\u00e1cilmente a la superficie. El operario tarda hasta 30 minutos en limpiar el canal de colada, lo que puede provocar da\u00f1os en el material refractario. El aluminio l\u00edquido a alta temperatura penetra en el material refractario y deforma gradualmente la chapa de acero de la carcasa. Al cabo de cuatro meses, el canal de colada ya no puede utilizarse con normalidad.
