Durante la solidificaci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio fundida, los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno presentes en ella forman espont\u00e1neamente mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno; estas mol\u00e9culas de hidr\u00f3geno formadas espont\u00e1neamente, junto con las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas, las burbujas y las inclusiones que sirven de base para la nucleaci\u00f3n, son las principales causas de los defectos en las piezas fundidas de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio. La mayor parte de las impurezas y los gases presentes en el metal fundido de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio proceden de los materiales reciclados, como el mango, el canal de colada, la bolsa de escoria, las piezas de desecho, etc., por lo que el tratamiento de refinado del metal fundido de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio es esencial. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se ha prestado cada vez m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n al desarrollo de nuevos m\u00e9todos y dispositivos de refinado del fundido de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, los m\u00e9todos de tratamiento de refinado del aluminio fundido en aleaci\u00f3n incluyen principalmente:<\/p>\n<p>En otros pa\u00edses se suele recurrir a la fundici\u00f3n al vac\u00edo y a la pulverizaci\u00f3n rotativa con gas inerte para llevar a cabo el tratamiento de purificaci\u00f3n y aleaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido, con el fin de refinar dicho material. Aunque el resultado es satisfactorio, la inversi\u00f3n en equipamiento es elevada y requiere el uso de aluminio fundido especial. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/degassing-unit\/\">equipos de desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/a>, y dado que el proceso espec\u00edfico es m\u00e1s complejo, no resulta adecuado para el tratamiento de refinado de fundidos de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio de gran capacidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5656\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Treatment-Methods-1.jpg\" alt=\"Perfeccionamiento de los m\u00e9todos de tratamiento\" width=\"400\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Treatment-Methods-1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Treatment-Methods-1-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo habitual para refinar la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio fundida consiste, por lo general, en fundir primero la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio en el equipo de fusi\u00f3n, introducir a continuaci\u00f3n el agente refinador en la campana de fundici\u00f3n y presionar la campana con el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-flux\/\">agente refinador<\/a> en el ba\u00f1o de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio del equipo de fundici\u00f3n.
