Seg\u00fan las propiedades de filtraci\u00f3n, el m\u00e9todo de filtraci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio fundida puede dividirse en filtraci\u00f3n superficial y filtraci\u00f3n profunda. Seg\u00fan el material del filtro, se puede dividir en filtraci\u00f3n con material de malla (como tela de vidrio o malla met\u00e1lica) y filtraci\u00f3n con material en bloque (como lecho de part\u00edculas sueltas, filtro cer\u00e1mico, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/foam-ceramic-filter\/\">filtro cer\u00e1mico de espuma<\/a>) y la filtraci\u00f3n en capa l\u00edquida (como la filtraci\u00f3n en capa de flujo, la filtraci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-flux\/\">refinado por flujo<\/a>) tres categor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, el m\u00e9todo de filtrado del aluminio m\u00e1s utilizado en las fundiciones de aluminio es el filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica. Aunque el filtro de lecho de part\u00edculas sueltas es sencillo, su preparaci\u00f3n requiere mucho trabajo y el cambio de aleaci\u00f3n resulta poco pr\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n<p>La filtraci\u00f3n superficial se refiere a la filtraci\u00f3n de impurezas s\u00f3lidas que se depositan principalmente en la superficie del medio filtrante, tambi\u00e9n conocida como filtraci\u00f3n por torta de filtro. La filtraci\u00f3n mediante material en forma de red pertenece a la filtraci\u00f3n superficial. La filtraci\u00f3n profunda tambi\u00e9n se denomina filtraci\u00f3n interna. Las impurezas s\u00f3lidas se depositan principalmente en el interior de los poros del medio filtrante. El mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n de este filtro consiste principalmente en separar mec\u00e1nicamente las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas macrosc\u00f3picas y gruesas presentes en la masa fundida mediante la acci\u00f3n de la rejilla, que solo puede retener aquellas inclusiones cuyo tama\u00f1o sea mayor que el de la malla (suponiendo que las inclusiones no puedan deformarse). El mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n del filtro de material a granel, fabricado con materiales neutros, consiste principalmente en separar mec\u00e1nicamente las inclusiones s\u00f3lidas presentes en la masa fundida mediante deposici\u00f3n, fuerzas hidrodin\u00e1micas e interceptaci\u00f3n directa.<\/p>\n<p>El filtro de material a granel tiene una gran superficie espec\u00edfica, y el material fundido y el medio filtrante tienen suficiente oportunidad de entrar en contacto. Cuando el material fundido arrastra impurezas s\u00f3lidas a lo largo del estrecho canal del filtro, con secciones transversales variables, esto se debe a la presencia de inclusiones s\u00f3lidas. La densidad y la velocidad del material fundido son diferentes, por lo que es posible que se produzca un dep\u00f3sito por acci\u00f3n de la gravedad. Adem\u00e1s, debido a la forma no esf\u00e9rica de las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas y al campo de fuerza de cizallamiento irregular, las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas se desplazan lateralmente, quedando as\u00ed enganchadas, atascadas o adsorbidas por la pared del canal. El fen\u00f3meno anterior se ve reforzado por la formaci\u00f3n de una zona de v\u00f3rtice de baja presi\u00f3n donde la secci\u00f3n transversal del t\u00fanel cambia bruscamente. Adem\u00e1s del mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n mencionado anteriormente, el filtro de material en bloque fabricado con material activo tambi\u00e9n produce una filtraci\u00f3n profunda f\u00edsica y qu\u00edmica debido al efecto de la fuerza superficial y la fuerza qu\u00edmica, de modo que la masa fundida puede purificarse con mayor precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El filtro de material a granel puede retener inclusiones s\u00f3lidas mucho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que el di\u00e1metro de sus poros. El filtro de capa l\u00edquida utiliza un fundente l\u00edquido para lavar el metal l\u00edquido. Su mecanismo de filtrado se basa en la reacci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y qu\u00edmica entre el fundente y las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas, as\u00ed como en la humectaci\u00f3n, la adsorci\u00f3n y la
