{"id":6052,"date":"2020-10-25T05:09:46","date_gmt":"2020-10-25T05:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6052"},"modified":"2020-10-25T05:09:46","modified_gmt":"2020-10-25T05:09:46","slug":"refining-process-for-aluminum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-process-for-aluminum\/","title":{"rendered":"Proceso de refinado del aluminio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El aluminio l\u00edquido electrol\u00edtico presenta un alto contenido de gas e impurezas. Teniendo en cuenta estas caracter\u00edsticas de composici\u00f3n, es necesario reforzar el proceso de refinado en estado fundido. El proceso de refinado del aluminio suele emplear un agente refinador y soplado con nitr\u00f3geno, por lo que debe garantizarse la calidad tanto del agente refinador como del nitr\u00f3geno. En la producci\u00f3n se utilizan un agente refinador de alta calidad y nitr\u00f3geno de alta pureza, y se realizan dos etapas de refinado a una temperatura de 730-750 \u00b0C. La cantidad de agente de refinado utilizada en la primera etapa es de 2,5 kg\/t-A, y el tiempo de refinado es de 25-30 min; tras el refinado, se retira la escoria, se a\u00f1ade magnesio y se aviva el fuego. La dosis del segundo agente de refinado es de 1,5 kg\/t, y el tiempo de refinado es de 15-20 min. Una vez completado el segundo proceso de refinado del aluminio, se retira la escoria, se toman muestras y se realizan los an\u00e1lisis; una vez que la composici\u00f3n cumple los requisitos, se esparce una capa de agente de recubrimiento y se deja reposar en el horno durante 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proceso de refinado del aluminio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dado que el punto de fusi\u00f3n del agente de recubrimiento es inferior al del aluminio fundido, su densidad es menor que la del metal fundido y, adem\u00e1s, presenta buenas propiedades de humectaci\u00f3n. Se forma una pel\u00edcula protectora l\u00edquida continua sobre la superficie del metal fundido para aislarlo del aire del horno. En general, el ox\u00edgeno o el vapor de agua no pueden atravesar la capa protectora \u2014o lo hacen en contadas ocasiones\u2014 para reaccionar con el aluminio l\u00edquido, mientras que los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno disueltos en el electrolito pueden penetrar en la capa protectora y escapar debido a su peque\u00f1o radio.<\/p>\n<p>Adopci\u00f3n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/inert-gas-refining\/\">refinado por adsorci\u00f3n de gas<\/a>, el efecto de refinado no solo est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionado con la pureza del nitr\u00f3geno del agente refinador, sino tambi\u00e9n con la operaci\u00f3n de refinado. Esto se debe a que el refinado por soplado se basa en la desgasificaci\u00f3n por difusi\u00f3n a presi\u00f3n parcial y en la eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias por flotaci\u00f3n. Solo la zona que est\u00e1 en contacto directo con el gas refinado y el polvo puede producir el efecto de refinado. Los operarios deben respetar los procedimientos operativos y hacer que el refinador se desplace de manera uniforme por las cuatro esquinas del horno de fundici\u00f3n a lo largo del fondo del mismo, de modo que todo el aluminio fundido est\u00e9 en pleno contacto con el agente refinador y el nitr\u00f3geno, sin dejar zonas sin tratar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6054\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Proceso de refinado del aluminio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El efecto del refinado de gas depende en mayor medida del grado de dispersi\u00f3n del gas y del tama\u00f1o de las burbujas. Cuanto menor sea el tama\u00f1o de las burbujas, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n. Esto se debe a que, cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as son las burbujas, mayor es el n\u00famero de burbujas que se forman a partir de un mismo volumen de gas, mayor es la superficie de contacto y m\u00e1s lenta es la velocidad de ascenso, lo que prolonga el tiempo de contacto con la masa fundida. Cuando se utiliza un refinador com\u00fan en forma de T, el di\u00e1metro de las burbujas es de unos 10 mm y el efecto es muy bueno; si se utiliza como refinador un tubo de acero de 15 mm de di\u00e1metro, el di\u00e1metro de las burbujas puede superar los 300 mm y, aunque se utilice m\u00e1s nitr\u00f3geno, el efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n sigue siendo deficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Al emplear el refinado por adsorci\u00f3n con fundente, el agente refinador entra en contacto directo con el aluminio fundido y, mediante la adsorci\u00f3n y la difusi\u00f3n, se consigue un buen efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria. El efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n del fundente se manifiesta principalmente en dos aspectos: por un lado, el fundente se descompone qu\u00edmicamente y reacciona con el metal fundido para formar un producto gaseoso que permite la difusi\u00f3n y la eliminaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno; el otro es que la pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido presente en la superficie del metal fundido se disuelve en el aluminio fundido gracias al Na\u2083AlF\u2086 presente en el fundente, y el hidr\u00f3geno at\u00f3mico se difunde hacia la fase gaseosa.<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia ha demostrado que el efecto de eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno y de escoria del m\u00e9todo de refinado con gas es superior al del m\u00e9todo de refinado con fundente puro. Los datos de medici\u00f3n muestran que el contenido de hidr\u00f3geno en el aluminio fundido puede reducirse a 325 ml\/kg \u00b1 mediante el refinado en el horno, y que las inclusiones de \u00f3xido se reducen significativamente; sin embargo, esto sigue sin satisfacer las necesidades de la fundici\u00f3n del producto, por lo que es necesario utilizar el sistema de desgasificaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea y el m\u00e9todo de filtrado CFF para purificar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el aluminio fundido. Una vez refinado el aluminio fundido en el horno de reposo est\u00e1tico, se debe espolvorear el agente de recubrimiento sobre la superficie del aluminio fundido y dejar reposar este durante 10-15 minutos antes de pasar al siguiente proceso. El objetivo de este reposo es, por un lado, facilitar que el agente de refinado, situado en la parte superior, expulse del l\u00edquido el gas y las peque\u00f1as inclusiones no met\u00e1licas presentes en el aluminio l\u00edquido; y, por otro, facilitar que las grandes inclusiones no met\u00e1licas se hundan hasta el fondo del horno.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The electrolytic aluminum liquid has a high content of gas and impurities.
