En la parte inferior de la cavidad l\u00edquida se produce una gran tensi\u00f3n de tracci\u00f3n, lo que puede provocar f\u00e1cilmente la aparici\u00f3n de grietas en el centro. Para evitar este tipo de grietas centrales, deben adoptarse medidas que impidan que el flujo de metal se dirija directamente hacia el centro de la cavidad l\u00edquida del lingote y, al mismo tiempo, que fluya de manera uniforme alrededor del mismo. De este modo, no se formar\u00e1 una cavidad de l\u00edquido con fondo pronunciado y aumentar\u00e1 la temperatura de la masa fundida que fluye hacia la periferia del lingote, lo que ayudar\u00e1 a prevenir la aparici\u00f3n de grietas centrales.<\/p>\n<p>La temperatura del metal fundido que fluye hacia la periferia del lingote es baja, y se produce una zona de separaci\u00f3n por enfriamiento al fundir un lingote de di\u00e1metro. Cuando el metal fundido, desde el tubo de extracci\u00f3n hasta el molde, fluye hacia la periferia del lingote, se producen las siguientes situaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Al chocar contra la superficie inferior del tubo de extracci\u00f3n o la placa de transici\u00f3n, el metal fundido que fluye hacia la periferia del lingote se desplaza lentamente.<\/li>\n<li>Debido a la resonancia del tubo de extracci\u00f3n y de la placa de transici\u00f3n, la temperatura del metal fundido que fluye hacia la periferia del lingote es baja.<\/li>\n<li>Debido a la ley del \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n m\u00ednimo, el material fundido a alta temperatura que se superpone desde la placa de derivaci\u00f3n se dirige principalmente hacia el centro de la cavidad l\u00edquida y rara vez fluye hacia el borde del lingote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por lo tanto, cuando se utiliza el nuevo equipo de fundici\u00f3n con \u00abhot top\u00bb para la fundici\u00f3n, existe una tendencia a que se formen defectos de barrera fr\u00eda alrededor del lingote.<\/p>\n<p>Al fundir un lingote con una grieta en el di\u00e1metro, suele ser necesario reducir la velocidad de colada para evitar que se agriete el centro del lingote.
