La compuerta del canal de vertido tambi\u00e9n se denomina \u00abbarrera del canal de vertido\u00bb o \u00abplaca deflectora del canal de colada\u00bb, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/metal-transfer-runner-gate\/\">canal de transferencia de metal<\/a>. La placa protectora delantera y la placa protectora trasera son placas de acero con un espesor de entre 5 mm y 10 mm, que est\u00e1n soldadas al perfil de acero en U de la placa inferior del cilindro. Las aberturas de los orificios de montaje de la placa protectora delantera y de la placa protectora trasera son id\u00e9nticas a las de los orificios de fijaci\u00f3n de la presa del canal de flujo, y sus posiciones se corresponden entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>La placa deflectora del canal, la placa protectora trasera y la placa protectora delantera est\u00e1n unidas mediante pernos a trav\u00e9s de los orificios de fijaci\u00f3n y los orificios de montaje. Se trata de un ajuste con holgura. No deben instalarse con demasiada fuerza, dejando espacio para el movimiento a fin de evitar que la placa deflectora del canal resulte aplastada al bajarla. El perfil de acero inferior est\u00e1 soldado a la chapa de acero situada en el extremo del cilindro.
