{"id":6397,"date":"2020-11-13T03:41:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-13T03:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6397"},"modified":"2020-11-13T03:41:40","modified_gmt":"2020-11-13T03:41:40","slug":"degassing-of-hydrogen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/degassing-of-hydrogen\/","title":{"rendered":"Desgasificaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La desgasificaci\u00f3n con hidr\u00f3geno de aleaciones de aluminio puede aprovechar el efecto de adsorci\u00f3n de un agente refinador para eliminar las impurezas oxidadas y los gases. Por \u00abgas inerte\u00bb se entiende un gas que no reacciona con el aluminio fundido ni con el hidr\u00f3geno fundido, y que no se disuelve en el aluminio fundido; normalmente se refiere al nitr\u00f3geno y al arg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el principio de adsorci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos y eliminaci\u00f3n de escorias en las aleaciones de aluminio, tras inyectar nitr\u00f3geno en el aluminio fundido se forman numerosas burbujas peque\u00f1as. Estas burbujas entran en contacto con las inclusiones de \u00f3xido presentes en el aluminio fundido, las cuales se adsorben en la superficie de las burbujas y flotan hasta la superficie del aluminio fundido junto con ellas. Los \u00f3xidos que han sido llevados a la superficie del aluminio fundido no pueden separarse autom\u00e1ticamente del ox\u00edgeno ni volver a disolverse en el l\u00edquido, por lo que permanecen en la superficie del aluminio fundido para acumularse y ser eliminados.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6398\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Degassing-of-Hydrogen.jpg\" alt=\"Desgasificaci\u00f3n del hidr\u00f3geno\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Degassing-of-Hydrogen.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Degassing-of-Hydrogen-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dado que la purga con gas inerte se produce en la interfaz entre las burbujas y el aluminio fundido, solo puede entrar en contacto con una cantidad limitada de material fundido, y el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/slag-removal-flux\/\">eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria<\/a> El efecto del aluminio fundido es limitado. Debido a que existe una diferencia en la presi\u00f3n parcial de equilibrio entre la burbuja y el aluminio fundido, el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto en el metal se difunde continuamente hacia la burbuja. Este proceso no se detendr\u00e1 hasta que la presi\u00f3n parcial del hidr\u00f3geno en la burbuja sea igual a la presi\u00f3n parcial de equilibrio del hidr\u00f3geno en el aluminio fundido. Una vez que las burbujas ascienden a la superficie, el hidr\u00f3geno que contienen tambi\u00e9n se escapa a la atm\u00f3sfera. Por lo tanto, tanto las inclusiones oxidadas como el arg\u00f3n se expulsan durante el ascenso de la burbuja.
