{"id":6420,"date":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","date_gmt":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6420"},"modified":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","modified_gmt":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","slug":"impurity-elements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/impurity-elements\/","title":{"rendered":"Elementos impuros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los elementos de impureza en las aleaciones de Al-Cu-Mg y Al-Cu-Mn de la serie 2000 son principalmente Fe, Si, Zn, etc. En las aleaciones de Al-Cu-Mg con un contenido de magnesio inferior a 1,0%, un contenido de silicio superior a 0,5% puede mejorar la velocidad y la resistencia del envejecimiento artificial sin afectar a la capacidad de envejecimiento natural. Dado que el silicio y el magnesio forman la fase Mg\u2082Si, esto favorece el efecto del envejecimiento artificial. Sin embargo, cuando el contenido de magnesio se incrementa hasta 1,5%, tras el tratamiento de templado y envejecimiento natural o de envejecimiento artificial, la resistencia mec\u00e1nica y la resistencia al calor de la aleaci\u00f3n disminuir\u00e1n a medida que aumente el contenido de silicio. Por lo tanto, el contenido de silicio debe ser lo m\u00e1s bajo posible. Adem\u00e1s, el aumento del contenido de silicio incrementar\u00e1 la tendencia de las aleaciones 2A12, 2A06 y otras a formar grietas en la fundici\u00f3n, y reducir\u00e1 la plasticidad durante el remachado. Por ello, el contenido de silicio en la aleaci\u00f3n suele limitarse a menos de 0,5%. En el caso de las aleaciones que requieren una alta plasticidad, el contenido de silicio debe ser a\u00fan menor.<\/p>\n<p>Los elementos de impureza Fe y Al forman compuestos de FeAl\u2083. El Fe tambi\u00e9n puede formar compuestos de gran tama\u00f1o con Cu, Mn, Si y otros elementos. Estos compuestos no se disuelven en la matriz y reducen la plasticidad de la aleaci\u00f3n. La aleaci\u00f3n es propensa a agrietarse durante la deformaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, reducen significativamente el efecto de endurecimiento. Una peque\u00f1a cantidad de Fe (menos de 0,25%) tiene poco efecto sobre las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de la aleaci\u00f3n, lo que mejora la tendencia a la formaci\u00f3n de grietas de fundici\u00f3n y soldadura, pero reduce la velocidad de envejecimiento natural. Para obtener materiales con mayor plasticidad, el contenido de Fe y Si en la aleaci\u00f3n debe ser lo m\u00e1s bajo posible. Una peque\u00f1a cantidad de Zn (entre 0,1% y 0,5%) tiene un efecto m\u00ednimo sobre las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas a temperatura ambiente de la aleaci\u00f3n de Al-Cu-Mg, pero reduce la resistencia t\u00e9rmica de la aleaci\u00f3n. El contenido de Zn en la aleaci\u00f3n debe limitarse a menos de 0,3%.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el contenido de impurezas de Fe en la aleaci\u00f3n de Al-Cu-Mn supera el 0,45%, se forma la fase insoluble Al\u2087Cu\u2082Fe, lo que debilita las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de la aleaci\u00f3n en estado de templado y envejecimiento, as\u00ed como la resistencia a la fatiga a 300 \u00b0C; por ello, el contenido de Fe suele limitarse a 0,3% o menos. Una peque\u00f1a cantidad de Si (0,4%) no tiene un efecto evidente sobre las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas a temperatura ambiente, pero tambi\u00e9n reduce la resistencia a la fatiga a 300 \u00b0C. Cuando el contenido de Si supera el 0,4%, tambi\u00e9n se reducen las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas a temperatura ambiente. Por lo tanto, es necesario que el contenido de Si sea inferior a 0,3%. Una peque\u00f1a cantidad de Zn (0,31 TP3T) no tiene ning\u00fan efecto sobre el comportamiento de la aleaci\u00f3n a temperatura ambiente, pero puede acelerar la difusi\u00f3n del Cu en el Al y reducir la resistencia a la fatiga de la aleaci\u00f3n a 300 \u00b0C, por lo que, por lo general, se mantiene por debajo de 0,11 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6324\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Fundentes para aluminio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>AdTech ofrece <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/refining-flux\/\">fundente de refinado<\/a>\u00a0para la eliminaci\u00f3n de gases e impurezas. El fundente refinado de AdTech es un polvo blanco con part\u00edculas finas de color ligeramente gris\u00e1ceo. Sus componentes principales son el cloruro y la ettringita, adem\u00e1s de otros compuestos. Tras un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico y un cribado adecuados, adquiere un tama\u00f1o uniforme, lo que facilita su transferencia a la capa inferior del aluminio fundido en un tanque de refinado utilizando gas (N\u2082 o Ar) como veh\u00edculo. A trav\u00e9s de los cambios f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos del aluminio fundido, se forman numerosas burbujas peque\u00f1as que entran en contacto total con el aluminio fundido, separando as\u00ed el hidr\u00f3geno y otros gases nocivos.
