La cocci\u00f3n suele realizarse en un horno continuo durante un periodo de entre 1 y 3 horas, y la temperatura m\u00e1xima se mantiene entre 15 minutos y 1 hora. Una temperatura m\u00e1s baja y una duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s corta pueden mejorar la rentabilidad de la producci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, es necesario proporcionar el tiempo y la temperatura suficientes para que el material alcance la resistencia mec\u00e1nica y la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n requeridas.<\/p>\n<p>El tama\u00f1o de los poros del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-filter-media\/\">medio filtrante<\/a> viene determinado principalmente por el tama\u00f1o inicial de los poros de la espuma polim\u00e9rica utilizada en el m\u00e9todo. Sin embargo, cada aplicaci\u00f3n requerir\u00e1 tama\u00f1os de poro espec\u00edficos seg\u00fan los requisitos de la fundici\u00f3n o de la m\u00e1quina de lingotes en una aplicaci\u00f3n concreta, en t\u00e9rminos de eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n y de la permeabilidad requerida del medio filtrante.<\/p>\n<p>En este \u00e1mbito, el tama\u00f1o de poro se refiere generalmente al n\u00famero de orificios en una dimensi\u00f3n lineal, como por ejemplo el n\u00famero de orificios por pulgada. Un valor de PPI m\u00e1s alto indica un di\u00e1metro de orificio menor. La densidad relativa es la relaci\u00f3n entre la densidad medida y la densidad te\u00f3rica, siendo esta \u00faltima la densidad que se obtendr\u00eda si no hubiera poros.<\/p>\n<p>Realice la prueba con todo el medio filtrante. La duraci\u00f3n de la prueba suele ser de entre 35 y 120 minutos. Seleccione la ubicaci\u00f3n de la prueba y utilice en dicha ubicaci\u00f3n aleaciones de aluminio AA6063, AA6061 u otras que contengan magnesio. Utilice juntas est\u00e1ndar para el medio filtrante y las condiciones habituales de precalentamiento del mismo. Los datos recopilados incluyen el caudal de metal y las condiciones de colada, la temperatura del metal fundido y los resultados de la observaci\u00f3n visual del estado del medio filtrante durante el proceso de precalentamiento e inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la colada.
