Por lo tanto, la limpieza de la masa fundida se convierte en un indicador de su calidad. Se pueden distinguir dos tipos principales de impurezas: los elementos disueltos y las part\u00edculas en suspensi\u00f3n. El origen de las impurezas puede atribuirse al metal de partida, a las distintas operaciones de procesamiento de la masa fundida y a la interacci\u00f3n del metal fundido con los materiales refractarios y el entorno. B\u00e1sicamente, la calidad de la masa fundida puede controlarse eliminando los oligoelementos alcalinos, el hidr\u00f3geno y las inclusiones. Existen diversas tecnolog\u00edas, como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/online-aluminum-degassing-equipment\/\">equipos de desgasificaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea<\/a>, fundente para hornos y equipos de filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo, y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filters-for-casting\/\">filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a>, puede utilizarse para controlar el contenido de impurezas.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente, en la industria se han utilizado ampliamente dos tipos diferentes de filtraci\u00f3n: la filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo y la filtraci\u00f3n por torta de filtro.<\/p>\n<p>El filtro de lecho profundo se basa en el recorrido sinuoso por el que debe fluir el material fundido. La eficacia de la filtraci\u00f3n es inversamente proporcional al tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas del filtro y directamente proporcional a la profundidad del lecho filtrante. Las inclusiones se depositan tanto sobre las part\u00edculas como en los huecos entre los medios filtrantes, y pueden quedar dispersas en parte o en la totalidad del espacio del filtro. Por lo tanto, el filtro cuenta con una gran superficie para retener las inclusiones y puede retener part\u00edculas cuyo tama\u00f1o es mucho menor que el de los poros del lecho filtrante.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de filtraci\u00f3n en este caso no consiste \u00fanicamente en una separaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, como el cribado y la separaci\u00f3n, sino que la filtraci\u00f3n en estado fundido es un proceso de transporte continuo en dos etapas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En primer lugar, debido al flujo de una gran cantidad de fluido, las inclusiones son transportadas hasta la superficie del filtro. En la segunda etapa, las inclusiones quedan retenidas por las fuerzas de interfaz o las fuerzas superficiales.<\/li>\n<li>En general, en el caso de la eliminaci\u00f3n por flotaci\u00f3n, la retenci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas en el filtro puede deberse al impacto, la interceptaci\u00f3n, la sedimentaci\u00f3n, la difusi\u00f3n y los efectos hidrodin\u00e1micos. La adhesi\u00f3n de las part\u00edculas puede ser consecuencia de la presi\u00f3n, de procesos qu\u00edmicos o de las fuerzas generadas por el efecto de van der Waals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6899\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Deep-Bed-Filtration-System.jpg\" alt=\"Filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Deep-Bed-Filtration-System.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Deep-Bed-Filtration-System-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La eficacia en la eliminaci\u00f3n de inclusiones puede mejorarse aumentando la longitud del filtro o reduciendo la velocidad de fusi\u00f3n. Si se desea mantener un caudal constante, las part\u00edculas se acumular\u00e1n (o reducir\u00e1n la porosidad), la resistencia al flujo aumentar\u00e1, lo que provocar\u00e1 un aumento de la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n y, a su vez, un aumento de la velocidad intersticial. Como consecuencia, aumentar\u00e1 la resistencia ejercida sobre las part\u00edculas en contacto o sobre las part\u00edculas que han sido capturadas. Dado que es posible que las part\u00edculas no puedan adherirse a la superficie del filtro debido al aumento de la resistencia, incluso si logran entrar en contacto, esto puede dar lugar a una menor eficacia de adhesi\u00f3n. Del mismo modo, si se supera la fuerza de adhesi\u00f3n, el aumento de la resistencia puede provocar que se desprendan part\u00edculas capturadas previamente. Las part\u00edculas desprendidas de un punto pueden volver a capturarse aguas abajo del filtro o, en el peor de los casos, liberarse en el metal l\u00edquido filtrado. Esta liberaci\u00f3n puede producirse durante el flujo continuo o durante una interrupci\u00f3n del flujo, como ocurre cuando la filtraci\u00f3n del aluminio se realiza durante las paradas y arranques de la colada. Durante el reinicio, puede liberarse un gran n\u00famero de inclusiones.
