En los metales y aleaciones obtenidos mediante fusi\u00f3n, debido a la selecci\u00f3n de los materiales utilizados, a menudo contienen, adem\u00e1s de los componentes met\u00e1licos necesarios, metales nocivos o innecesarios y componentes no met\u00e1licos. Como todos sabemos, las impurezas contenidas en el metal fundido, como el azufre, el ox\u00edgeno, el hidr\u00f3geno, el nitr\u00f3geno, etc., afectan en gran medida a la calidad del producto final. Por este motivo, suele llevarse a cabo el proceso de refinado secundario, que realiza una purificaci\u00f3n adicional del metal fundido extra\u00eddo del horno.<\/p>\n

Se propone un m\u00e9todo de refinado que elimina incluso trazas de componentes met\u00e1licos y no met\u00e1licos (elementos) nocivos e innecesarios mediante un proceso de refinado en atm\u00f3sfera inerte, acompa\u00f1ado de calentamiento por electrodos y agitaci\u00f3n forzada.<\/p>\n

Para alcanzar ese objetivo, la etapa de refinado comprende los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Vierte el metal fundido que se va a refinar con fundente de refinado<\/a>\u00a0en un recipiente de refinado equipado con, al menos, un electrodo de calentamiento y un dispositivo de inyecci\u00f3n de gas inerte;<\/li>\n
  2. El primer proceso de refinado, en el que se hace reaccionar el metal fundido con el fundente calentando el metal fundido con un electrodo calefactor, mientras se mantiene el interior del recipiente de refinado bajo una atm\u00f3sfera de gas inerte;<\/li>\n
  3. Un segundo proceso de refinado, que consiste en inclinar el recipiente de refinado para sumergir el tubo de inyecci\u00f3n del dispositivo de inyecci\u00f3n de gas inerte en el metal fundido e inyectar gas inerte en \u00e9l;<\/li>\n
  4. El metal fundido as\u00ed refinado se retira del recipiente de refinado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Para llevar a cabo dicho proceso de refinado, se utiliza un recipiente de refinado basculante, adecuado para verter el metal fundido y el fundente que se van a refinar, y se disponen un n\u00famero adecuado de electrodos en la parte superior del recipiente. El recipiente de refinado se utiliza para calentar el metal fundido que contiene, y cuenta con un dispositivo de soplado de gas inerte. La boquilla de soplado no se sumerge en el metal fundido cuando se carga este, sino que solo se sumerge cuando se inclina el recipiente con el fin de realizar el soplado.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
