El estroncio suele a\u00f1adirse en forma de aleaci\u00f3n maestra de Al-Sr con un contenido del 3%, o bien en forma de sal mixta de SrF\u2082 y SrCl\u2082.<\/p>\n<p>Tras el deterioro, no se puede refinar con sal de cloro para evitar la formaci\u00f3n de SrCl\u2082, y el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/strontium-modifier\/\">deterioro por estroncio<\/a> Se pierde el efecto. Para el refinado solo se puede utilizar arg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El punto de ebullici\u00f3n del estroncio es de 1380 \u2103, mucho m\u00e1s alto que el del sodio, y no es f\u00e1cil que se queme. El tiempo efectivo de deterioro de la fundici\u00f3n en arena puede alcanzar las 6-8 h, por lo que se denomina modificador de acci\u00f3n prolongada.<\/p>\n<p>El estroncio puro es extremadamente activo. En la atm\u00f3sfera se oxida r\u00e1pidamente, transform\u00e1ndose en un polvo blanco de SrO. Al entrar en contacto con el agua, descompone el hidr\u00f3geno. Debe almacenarse en queroseno o aceite de parafina. Antes de su uso, debe limpiarse con acetona e introducirse inmediatamente en el aluminio fundido. La desventaja de la degradaci\u00f3n del estroncio es que en \u00e9l existe SrH; no es f\u00e1cil eliminar el hidr\u00f3geno y se producen f\u00e1cilmente reacciones de moldeo, lo que a menudo da lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de poros en las piezas fundidas.<\/p>\n<p>El deterioro de la aleaci\u00f3n madre Al-Sr es adecuado para situaciones en las que el tiempo de colada es prolongado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1492\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Sr\u53d8\u8d28\u5242.jpg\" alt=\"Modificador de estroncio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Sr\u53d8\u8d28\u5242.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Sr\u53d8\u8d28\u5242-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El tratamiento de modificaci\u00f3n de la aleaci\u00f3n madre de Al-Sr se lleva a cabo, por lo general, tras el refinado. El punto de fusi\u00f3n del modificador debe situarse preferiblemente entre la temperatura de modificaci\u00f3n y la temperatura de colada. Durante el tratamiento de modificaci\u00f3n se encuentra en estado l\u00edquido, lo que favorece el desarrollo de la reacci\u00f3n, y durante la colada se convierte en una escoria muy espesa que se desprende f\u00e1cilmente, por lo que no se convierte en escoria.<\/p>\n<p>Cuanto mayor sea la temperatura de deterioro, mayor ser\u00e1 la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n entre el aluminio fundido y el agente de deterioro, y menor ser\u00e1 el tiempo de deterioro necesario.
