Con el fin de satisfacer estas necesidades de las fundiciones, AdTech ha dise\u00f1ado y fabricado m\u00e1quinas de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativas en l\u00ednea que cumplen los requisitos de desgasificaci\u00f3n con gas inerte o gas activo en refiner\u00edas y fundiciones. El desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa ha supuesto importantes avances en la desgasificaci\u00f3n automatizada, eficiente y rentable. El principio de estas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/rotary-degassing-machines\/\">m\u00e1quinas de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativas<\/a>\u00a0requiere que el rotor sea capaz de generar burbujas de gas inerte muy peque\u00f1as, que se distribuyan de forma homog\u00e9nea y uniforme por todo el ba\u00f1o de metal fundido.<\/p>\n<h2>Tecnolog\u00eda de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa<\/h2>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa elimina estos componentes indeseables haciendo burbujear un gas, normalmente nitr\u00f3geno, a trav\u00e9s del metal fundido. El gas se introduce habitualmente a trav\u00e9s de un rotor de desgasificaci\u00f3n, que reduce el tama\u00f1o de las burbujas y dispersa el nitr\u00f3geno por todo el ba\u00f1o de metal fundido. A medida que las burbujas generadas ascienden a trav\u00e9s de la masa de metal fundido, absorben el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto en el metal y lo eliminan de la masa fundida.
