Se trata del conducto que garantiza que el aluminio l\u00edquido a alta temperatura entre sin problemas en la c\u00e1mara de presi\u00f3n. Una transferencia fluida es fundamental para la calidad del fundido, ya que cualquier turbulencia provocar\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n de \u00f3xidos en el aluminio fundido. El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-launder\/\">sistema de lavado<\/a> puede eliminar cualquier tipo de agitaci\u00f3n en cada paso.<\/p>\n<p>El canal de fundici\u00f3n de aluminio fundido permite mantener el calor del aluminio fundido y ahorrar energ\u00eda. Cuentan con un calentamiento suave, una tapa neum\u00e1tica para el canal, un sellado herm\u00e9tico, un control riguroso de la temperatura y un ingenioso dise\u00f1o resistente al fuego. Estas caracter\u00edsticas permiten mantener el aluminio fundido a la temperatura \u00f3ptima, eliminar las p\u00e9rdidas de calor y aprovechar la propia conductividad t\u00e9rmica del metal para reducir los costes energ\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas del canal de fundido<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calidad del metal garantizada gracias a la reducci\u00f3n al m\u00ednimo de la turbulencia y los \u00f3xidos.<\/li>\n<li>Altamente aislante: mantiene la temperatura.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e1cil de limpiar.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir la demanda de equipos de transmisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir la mano de obra y el mantenimiento de las carretillas elevadoras.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir la p\u00e9rdida de metal fundido provocada por la turbulencia dentro y fuera de la cuchara de colada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El sistema de canalizaci\u00f3n es totalmente ign\u00edfugo al salir de f\u00e1brica y viene preinstalado tanto mec\u00e1nica como el\u00e9ctricamente. De acuerdo con el dise\u00f1o del esquema, cada elemento se sella y se une mediante pernos. A continuaci\u00f3n, se rellena la junta con una peque\u00f1a cantidad de material refractario para optimizar el efecto aislante.
