Tiene una doble funci\u00f3n: transporte y conservaci\u00f3n del calor, con revestimientos de uso repetido o m\u00faltiple, y adopta una nueva tecnolog\u00eda de moldeado de materiales de fusi\u00f3n con alto contenido en silicio. El canal de fundici\u00f3n m\u00f3vil se caracteriza por su resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n, por no adherir el aluminio y por no contaminar el aluminio fundido.<\/p>\n<p>En la industria de transformaci\u00f3n del aluminio, es necesario trasladar con frecuencia el metal l\u00edquido a equipos de procesamiento, como hornos de fusi\u00f3n y hornos de mantenimiento de temperatura, para que el metal l\u00edquido pueda fluir entre dichos equipos.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e1ctica habitual actual consiste en colocar el aluminio fundido <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/casting-launders\/\">canales aislados<\/a> entre el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/degassing-equipment\/\">equipos de desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/a> y la plataforma de colada, se conecta la canaleta a la salida de aluminio l\u00edquido y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se conduce hacia el siguiente equipo, lo que denominamos \u00abcanal de aluminio\u00bb, fabricado principalmente con fibra de aluminio.<\/p>\n<h2>Caracter\u00edsticas del sistema de canales para aluminio fundido<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Alta densidad. No contiene amianto ni reacciona qu\u00edmicamente con el aluminio fundido.<\/li>\n<li>Buen aislamiento. El canal de aluminio fundido presenta un buen rendimiento de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y est\u00e1 fabricado con fibra de alto contenido en aluminio, que ofrece un buen aislamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Usos de la canaleta aislada para conductos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instala la corredera de acuerdo con la estructura que se indica en el plano, asegur\u00e1ndote de que est\u00e9 limpia, no presente da\u00f1os y no tenga juntas.<\/p>\n<p>Precalienta uniformemente el canal de colada m\u00f3vil est\u00e1ndar instalado, cali\u00e9ntalo a velocidad constante durante 1-2 horas y comprueba si la superficie del revestimiento est\u00e1 enrojecida, es decir, si se encuentra dentro del rango de 800 \u2103, para eliminar el agua cristalina adsorbida; la temperatura debe estar cercana a la temperatura de colada, lo que garantiza un uso seguro y eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>El canal de fundici\u00f3n m\u00f3vil no dispone de calefacci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica ni de condiciones de cocci\u00f3n, por lo que debe cocerse con llama. La clave est\u00e1 en controlar la temperatura de la llama. En segundo lugar, hay que evitar la exposici\u00f3n directa a la llama para evitar que el estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico provocado por el calentamiento local provoque la rotura del revestimiento.
