Permite transferir el metal de forma fluida hacia arriba y fuera del horno mediante el flujo de un v\u00f3rtice suave. Un sistema integrado de canaletas de peso ligero conduce este metal en flujo para su uso en el proceso posterior. El sistema genera aproximadamente un 50% menos de escoria que las bombas de transferencia convencionales, lo que supone un importante ahorro de costes y una mejora de la calidad del metal.<\/p>\n<p>Los sistemas de canaletas calefactadas pueden reducir la temperatura del horno, prolongar su vida \u00fatil y reducir los costes energ\u00e9ticos gracias a un sistema de canaletas calefactadas. Se utilizan para mantener el metal a la temperatura adecuada durante su traslado; la cubierta de la canaleta calefactada permite controlar la temperatura de la misma. Adem\u00e1s, el sistema de canaletas calefactadas mantiene calientes las superficies refractarias, evitando as\u00ed el choque t\u00e9rmico en los materiales refractarios. El sistema tambi\u00e9n permite precalentar la canaleta antes de introducir el metal l\u00edquido, lo que permite mantener la temperatura del metal.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro sistema de transferencia mediante canales refractarios permite a los fabricantes prescindir del precalentamiento. Los canales refractarios prefabricados presentan una resistencia al desgaste extremadamente elevada.
