La superficie interior del canal de colada, que est\u00e1 en contacto con el metal fundido, est\u00e1 formada por material refractario, como una composici\u00f3n cer\u00e1mica de desgaste. Un material adecuado es un mortero refractario moldeable. El material refractario forma un canal de flujo para el metal fundido, preferiblemente una ranura que se ensancha hacia arriba con un fondo redondeado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Es preferible dimensionar el canal de flujo de tal manera que<\/h3>\n<p><strong> En condiciones normales de funcionamiento, la superficie superior del metal fundido que fluye alcanza una altura que oscila entre el 10 y el 20% de la altura total del canal de flujo. La carcasa exterior del canal de fundici\u00f3n est\u00e1 fabricada preferiblemente de metal, como el acero. Durante la fabricaci\u00f3n del revestimiento cer\u00e1mico, la carcasa de acero sirve de molde y facilita el transporte hasta el lugar de instalaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>El canal de colada para la fundici\u00f3n de metal fundido est\u00e1 formado por una carcasa met\u00e1lica<\/h3>\n<p><strong>como una camisa de acero, que forma la superficie exterior del fondo del canal de fundici\u00f3n, un revestimiento refractario, que define un canal de flujo para el metal fundido, y una capa aislante situada entre el revestimiento refractario y la camisa met\u00e1lica, siendo la capa aislante considerablemente m\u00e1s eficaz en cuanto a aislamiento t\u00e9rmico que el revestimiento refractario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>El revestimiento refractario del canal de flujo del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-launder\/\">sistema de lavado<\/a> se hace, preferiblemente, con ese grosor<\/h3>\n<p><strong>que la temperatura de la superficie exterior de su fondo se sit\u00fae dentro de un intervalo de 600 a 900 \u00b0C. El aluminio fundido penetra en el revestimiento refractario poroso. Se solidifica en su interior, formando una capa fija de aluminio en el revestimiento, en un punto donde la temperatura se encuentra en torno al punto de solidificaci\u00f3n del aluminio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por consiguiente, es preferible que el revestimiento refractario sea grueso y que el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico del canal de colada se disponga de tal manera que, en condiciones de funcionamiento, el rango de temperaturas correspondiente al punto de solidificaci\u00f3n del aluminio se encuentre dentro del revestimiento refractario.
